Page 1 control system
302:遥控器电源的正极。当电控柜面/遥转换开关拨到遥控侧,并且支腿/臂架转换开关拨

到臂架侧时,302 号线有电。

302: The anode of remote control power supply. When choosing remote control

by panel/remote switch, on condition that outrigger/boom switch is to the boom

side, the cable 302 is with power.

6:遥控器电源的负极。与电控柜内的接地线相连接。

6: The cathode of remote control power supply, connecting to the ground in the

electric cabinet.

NA、NB、REL4:遥控器内部开关,当遥控器的发射器开启后,这两个开关闭合。

NA 、 NB 、 REL4 : internal switch in the remote control, which close when the

emitter opened.

101:操作顺回转时,101 号线有电流输出,控制顺回转动作,臂架动作的快慢由电流的

大小决定。

101:When operation clockwise slewing, the 101 wire should be current output

to control clock-wise slewing, the boom movement speed by the current.

102:操作逆回转时,102 号线有电流输出,控制逆回转动作。

102: When operation counter-clockwise slewing, the 102 wire should be

current output to control counter clock-wise slewing

103:操作一臂上时,103 号线有电流输出,控制一臂上动作。

103: When operation the first section boom to up, the 103 wire should be a

current output, control the first section to up

104:操作一臂下时,104 号线有电流输出,控制一臂下动作。

104: When operation the first section boom to down, the 104 wire should be

current output to control the first section up

105:操作二臂上时,105 号线有电流输出,控制二臂上动作。

105: when operation the second section boom up, the 105 wire should be

current output to control the second section boom up .

106:操作二臂下时,106 号线有电流输出,控制二臂下动作。

107:操作三臂上时,107 号线有电流输出,控制三臂上动作。

113:操作任何臂架动作时,113 号线有 24V 电压输出,控制电子锁死电磁铁。

113: when operation every movement of boom, the 113 wire should be 24V

current output to control the solenoid controlled relief valve of the multiplex

valve

21:用遥控器操作正泵动作时,21 号线有 24V 电压输出。

21: when use the remote control to operation normal pumping, the 21 wire

should be voltage 24V output.

22:用遥控器操作反泵动作时,22 号线有 24V 电压输出。

22: when use the remote control to operation reverse pumping, the 22 wire

should be voltage 24V output.


23:用遥控器操作加速动作时,23 号线有 24V 电压输出。

23: when use the remote control to acceleration of the engine, the wire 23

should be voltage 24V output.

24:用遥控器操作减速动作时,24 号线有 24V 电压输出。

24: when use the remote control to deceleration of the engine, the wire 24

should be voltage 24V output.

29:用遥控器调节排量开关时,0~10 档对应有 0~10V 电压输出。

29: when use the remote control to adjust the switch of the main pump

displacement, 0-10 gear should be voltage 0-10V output.

52:用遥控器操作停发动机按钮时,52 号线有 24V 电压输出。

52: when use the remote control to stop the engine, the wire 52 should be

voltage 24V output.

53:用遥控器操作电笛按钮时,53 号线有 24V 电压输出。


53: when use the remote control to press the horn button, the wire 53 should be
voltage 24V output.

SA0:电源总开关,闭合时与电瓶电源相连,断开时则切断与电瓶电源的连接。

SA0: the master switch of the power supply, when it close up, should be

connected the battery, when it turn off, should be cut off power supply from the

battery.

95:冷却风机的总电源。

95: power supply of the cooler moter.

1:电控系统其他元器件的总电源。

1:the power supply for the electrical system auxiliary element.

12(QF3):看料灯、工作灯电源。

12(QF3): the power supply for the hopper lamp, working light

11:电笛电源。

2(KA1):上装控制系统总电源继电器。

一、 主控制器输入信号:

60:由底盘引来的油泵转速信号线。

二、 主控制器输出信号:

45:控制排量比例电磁铁的电流信号,电流越大,阀的开度越大。

45: the signal for control the proportional solenoid valve of displacement, if the

current bigger, the valve spool should be movement more.

201:控制臂架多路阀顺回转电磁铁。

201: to control the clock-wise slewing solenoid valve of the multiplex valve

202:控制臂架多路阀逆回转电磁铁。

202: to control the counter clock-wise slewing solenoid valve of the multiplex

valve.

203:控制臂架多路阀一臂上电磁铁。

203: to control the first section boom up solenoid valve of the multiplex valve.

204:控制臂架多路阀一臂下电磁铁。

66:控制臂架多路阀电子锁死电磁铁。

三、 搅拌控制线路:

三.The control circuit for the mixing system

67:搅拌电磁铁总电源。筛网合拢时,67 号线有电;筛网打开时,67 号线失电。

67: the power supply for mixing solenoid valve. When the grating covered, the

67 wire should be power on, when the grating opened, the 67 wire should be go
off power.

48:控制反搅拌电磁铁。

48: to control the reverse mixing solenoid

49:控制正搅拌电磁铁。

一、 从控制器输入信号:
一.The auxiliary controller input signal
135:编码器通道 A 信号线,接自臂架减速机上的回转编码器。

135:the signal A wire for the rotate encode, connected by the encode top of the

reducer

136:编码器通道 B 信号线,接自臂架减速机内的回转编码器。

136:the signal B wire for the rotate encode, connected by the encode top of the

reducer

215:水箱接近开关 1(靠近料斗)信号线,接自水箱接近开关。

215: the proximity switch 1 ( anear the hopper side) of the auxiliary water tank,

connected by the auxiliary water tank

216:水箱接近开关 2(远离料斗)信号线,接自水箱接近开关。

216: the proximity switch 2 (anear the main cylinder side) of the auxiliary water

tank, connected by the auxiliary water tank

59:大臂在位信号线,接自大臂接近开关。

59: the wire of the first boom on side signal, connected by the proximity switch

on the first boom support

119:急停熄火信号线,接自各急停按钮。

119: the wire of emergency stop signal, connected by each of emergency stop

button

57:超压搅拌反转信号线,接自搅拌超压传感器。

57: the wire of the over pressure reverse mixing signal, connected by the

pressure sensor.

58:液位低信号线,接自液位低传感器。

58: the wire of low liquid level signal, connected by the hydraulic oil level sensor

33:高低压切换信号,接自臂架支撑架处的高低压切换开关。

33: the signal of high-low pressure changeover, connected by the switch of the

high-low pressure changeover switch.


70:分动箱信号,有电则分动箱正常、失电则分动箱故障,故障时会停止发动机。

70: the signal of the transfer box working condition, if 70 power on so the

transfer box normal working, if 70 power off so the transfer box failure; when

wire 70 power off ,should be stop the engine.

30:冷却马达自动工作信号。

30: the signal for cooling motor automatic working

225:支撑方式选择上之后与地连通。

225:the signal for connect the negative pole after chose the support mode

220:凸轮开关全支撑信号。

220: the signal for full support of rotary cam switch

221:凸轮开关左支撑信号。

221: the signal for left support of rotary cam switch.

222:凸轮开关右支撑信号。

222: the signal for right support of rotary cam switch.

223:凸轮开关前支撑信号。

223: the signal for front support of rotary cam switch

127:支撑方式确认键输入信号。

127: the input signal of support mode confirm button

65:倒档信号。

65: the chassis reverse gear signal

66:支腿/臂架信号,操作支撑或者臂架时 66 号线得电。

66: outrigger/boom signal, when operation outrigger/boom should be power on


二、 从控制器输出信号:

52:停发动机信号。

52: stop engine signal

54:声光报警器报警信号。

54: audible and visual alarm signal

150:搅拌方向改变信号,当有搅拌超压信号时,该点有输出。

150: mixing changeover signal, when mixing over pressure, should be output
51:风机启动时该点有输出,继电器动作。

51: cooling motor working signal, relay operating

46:高压泵送时该点有输出。

46: high pressure pumping output signal

56:低压泵送时该点有输出。

56: low pressure pumping output signal

128:选择支撑模式后该点有输出。

128:signal output after chose support mode

217:泄油阀。

217: release oil valve signal

218:补油阀。

218: recharge oil valve signal

47:润滑。

47: lubricating signal

53:电笛。

53: horn signal

37:加速。

37: acceleration signal

38:减速。

38:deceleration signal

55:风机叶子转速的控制。

55: to control cooling motor speed signal

41:左主缸阀。

三、 分配卸荷:
三.Distribute system release oil pressure
151:按臂架支撑架上的绿色按钮,该点有电压,此时可以在压力表上看到分配压力值。

151: press the button on the booms support, this point power on, see the

distribute oil pressure from pressure gauge is available

152:该点有电压时,分配卸荷阀得电。

152: this point power on, the pressure-release valve power on

一、 CAN 通讯:
一.CAN communication
CAN 通讯一般接五根线:电源+、电源-、CAN_H、CAN_L、GND。
CAN communication cable usually connected 5 wires : power supply positive
pole ,negative pole,CAN-high, CAN-low,GND
其中 CAN_H 与 CAN_L 通讯线之间首、尾各接一个 120 欧的电阻,以防止在传输过程中
丢数据包。
There into, CAN_H and CAN_L communication wires head and tail have a 120
ohm resistance, so that avoid loose the data
1、 主控制器与从控制器 CAN 通讯(通道 CAN1):

1. The main controller to the auxiliary controller communication (channel

CAN1)

2、 主控制器与从遥控器 CAN 通讯(通道 CAN2):

二、RS232 通讯:
二.RS232 communication
1、触摸屏通讯插头的第 2 脚与主控制器的 RS232 通道的 TxD 相连。

1. The second pin of the touch screen communication plug connecting the TxD

pin of the main controller RS232 channel

2、触摸屏通讯插头的第 3 脚与主控制器的 RS232 通道的 RxD 相连。

2. The third pin of the touch screen communication plug connecting the RxD pin

of the main controller RS232 channel

3、触摸屏通讯插头的第 5 脚与地线相连。

66:电子锁死电磁铁,无论是操作支腿,还是操作臂架,该电磁铁必须得电,否则支腿/臂

架没有动作。

outrigger or operation boom, the magnetic metal must power on, otherwise the

outrigger or boom should be doesn’t work

114:左支腿电磁铁。

114: left outrigger electric magnetic metal

115:右支腿电磁铁。

115: right outrigger electric magnetic metal

4:面/遥转换开关转换到遥控侧后得电。

4: panel control/remote control switch to remote control side power on

302:面/遥转换开关转换到遥控侧,并且支腿/臂架转换开关转换到臂架侧得电。

KA9、78:行驶/作业转换作业侧自保功能。

KA9.78: drive/PTO changed to PTO side, self-renewal function

KA10、78:行驶/作业转换行驶侧互锁功能。

KA10.78: drive/PTO changed to drive side, inter lock function。

KA10、79:行驶/作业转换行驶侧自保功能。

KA9、79:行驶/作业转换作业侧互锁功能。

S1、83:分动箱双取力行程开关作业侧行程开关。

S2、89:分动箱双取力行程开关行驶侧行程开关。

S2.89: transfer box double PTO switch, drive side switch

KA11、89:防止分动箱故障,作业时如果得电则认为分动箱故障。

KA11.89: avoid transfer box failure, if working position power on, so transfer

box failure.

HL17:行驶指示灯。

HL17: driving indicator

HL15、83:作业指示灯

HL15.83: PTO working indicator

70:成功转换到作业侧时得电。

70: after changed drive/PTO switch to PTO side than power on


188:成功转换到作业侧,挂档后得电。

188: after changed drive/PTO switch to PTO side, than put into gear, power on

88:成功转换到作业侧,挂档后得电。

88: after changed to PTO side, than put into gear, power on

77:大臂在位指示灯。

77: the indicator for first boom on side

Hereinafter signal from chassis:

KA21:作业时切断里程表。

KA21: PTO working, disconnect the odometer.

71:速度传感器(接至底盘里程表)的电源正(+5V)。

71: speed sensor (connected to chassis odometer) power positive pole.


72:速度传感器(接至底盘里程表)的电源负(GND)

72: speed sensor (connected to chassis odometer) power negative pole.

73,75:速度传感器(接至底盘里程表)的脉冲信号线通道 A。

73, 75: speed sensor (connected to chassis odometer) pulse signal channel A

74、76:速度传感器(接至底盘里程表)的脉冲信号线通道 B。

60:油泵转速信号线。
