Divorce- An Astro analysis

Alimony means an allowance/ compensation given to the wife at the
time of divorce .This is already quite common in western countries and
is an integral part of US divorce laws There the husband has to pay
half of his assets at the time of divorce. It is also becoming quite
common in India due to various reasons .One of the reasons of alimony
in India is the economic disparity between the status of husband and
wife. Two such cases are discussed here where wife demanded some
money from affluent husband before agreeing to the divorce. Another
case which will be discussed here is of husband paying to his wife on
account of suspected bad character of the wife to get rid of her .

In these horoscopes ,the common feature which we will observe is the

PAC connection between 2H/L, 6H/L, 7H/L and 8H/L. This implies
dispute between the husband and the wife regarding money. Apart
from these most of the parameters ( discussed elsewhere)
which promise divorce between husband and the wife are applicable
on these charts also . Another important feature is PAC relationship of
Saturn and Mars with 8H/8L or placement in 8H. It has also been
observed that in most of these cases the Dasha at the time of
marriage has got PAC connection with 6/8/12 H/L.
CASE-I

Male Date of Birth 2 Apr 1965 Time of Birth 0440 hrs Place of Birth
Delhi.

Married on 7 Feb 1991 during Venus /Moon Dasha and Divorce in

1998 during Venus/ Jupiter Dasha .It will be noticed that Venus is
placed with 6L Moon and 8L Mercury .In Navamsha, 6L Moon is
afflicting 7L Sun and is aspected by 12L Saturn. Just after marriage
the wife demanded money and property from husband but ultimately
she was paid Rs.10 Lacs but she took away her son also.

In Birth Chart, Saturn and Mars are aspecting each other in 1-7 axis
and Mars(R) is aspecting 6L Moon ,7L Sun and 8L Mercury (R ) in
2H.and Venus is afflicted by 6L Sun and 9L Mars placed at 6th house
from itself.

The above factors confirm the promise of Divorce in the horoscope.

But the promise of alimony is confirmed by the presence of 6L Moon
,7L Sun and 8L Mercury in 2H. 6L Moon and 7L Sun are in very close
degrees to each other 2 H .Saturn and Mars are aspecting each other
in 1-7 axis Mars is aspecting 8L Mer IN 2H. thus confirming the PAC
relationship between 6/7/8/2 H/L .

In Navamsha , Lagna Lord Saturn is in 2H placed with 8L Mercury

aspecting 6L Moon and 7L Sun in 11H.

CASE- II

In this case wife claimed from husband a share of his property but
was ultimately paid Rs. 15 Lacs as part of the Divorce. He got married
on 1 Dec 2001 during Saturn /Venus Dasha and got Divorce on 3 Feb
2002.It will be observed that 8L Saturn is afflicting Karaka of Marriage
Venus in 7H. In Navamsha 12L Saturn is placed IN 5H afflicting 2H
and 7H.

In Birth Chart 2L and 11L Venus are in 7H aspected by 7/8L Debillted

Saturn. In this case 7L/8L Saturn is aspected by 6L Jupiter and
Debillated Saturn is aspecting 7H. Venus is placed with 8L from Venus
i.e. Sun and is aspected by its dispositor Saturn and Saturn is also
aspected by Jupiter which is 12L from Venus. Thus indicating the
possibility of Divorce in the married life.

Saturn is also aspected by 6L Jupiter. In Navamsha chart ,6L Moon

and 7L Sun are in Lagna aspected by Mars from 7H which is also
aspecting 2H also. This confirms the possibility of paying alimony to
the wife.

CASE-III

This person is settled down abroad .He married one girl on 31 May
2001 during Jupiter/Venus Dasha but divoced her on 28 Oct 2005
due to suspected bad character of the girl during Jupiter/ Mars
Dasha. It will be observed that 6L Jupiter is afflicting 7L Mars and
Venus is LL and 8L and placed with 12L Mercury afflicting 7H.In
Navamsha, Venus is placed in 6H and is aspected by 7L/12L Mars and
Jupiter is also afflicted by 7L/12L Mars. On Divorce ,he had to pay her
some money as alimony to get rid of her. On 21 Jan 2006 he married
again during Jupiter / Rahu Dasha. Regarding the Divorce ,Saturn
and Mars are aspecting each other and Debillated Saturn Retrograde
is afflicting Venus and it is aspecting 8L Venus and 12L Mercury from
7H. In Navamsha Venus in 6H is aspected by 7L/ 12L Mars .This
confirms the possibility of Divorce in the Married Life.

Regarding Alimony ,7L Mars is aspected by 6L Jupiter and Saturn from

7H is aspecting 7L/ 2L Mars and 11L Sun from 7H. In Navamsha ,7L
Mars is placed with 2L Mercury in 11H and is aspecting 6H.

CASE-IV

This case was given by Shri K.N.Rao. This person whose horoscope is
being discussed here is settled down in U.S.A. He got married on 14
July 1995 in Mercury / Venus Dasha .Mercury is 8L placed in 6H.In
Navamsha 6L Mercury is placed with Mars in 11H and aspecting 7L
Moon placed in 6H. .His spouse is an engineer.In 1998, there was
Divorce and child custody case .In the Divoce case ,he had to pay his
wife cash and part of his property. However the child remained in his
custody and this prediction was given by Shri K.N.Rao.

In Birth chart, from Venus 8L Jupiter and 7L/12L Mars are placed
together and and 8L Jupiter is aspecting 6H from Venus .In
Navamsha chart 7L/8L Saturn rom Venus is aspected by 6L Jupiter
from Venus. Thus confirming the possibility of Divorce in the Married
life.

In Birth chart, 7L Sun is placed with 2L/11L Jupiter .Jupiter is

aspecting 6L Moon in the Lagna .Thus above two points indicate
dispute between husband and wife after money after Dispute.Also,7L
in 5H and 5L in 6H indicate dispute regarding custody of child.

In Navamsha chart 6L Mercury is placed with 11L Mars in and is

aspecting .7L Moon in 6H.12L Jupiter is placed with 8L Sun and is
aspecting 2L Saturn in 8H.

CASE V

This case was given by Shri K.N.Rao . This is the case of an eminent
American Neurologist working in a big hospital in San Diego U.S.A

He got married in1978 during Venus/Jupiter Dasha. Jupiter is placed

in 8H with 12L Moon aspected by 6L/7L Saturn. In Navamsha Venus
and Jupiter are involved in 7L and 12L exchange.Immediately there
after Divorce case started and he had to pay his wife cash and part of
his property.

In the Birth chart, 6L/7L Saturn is placed with Mars in 2H aspecting

8L/12L in 8H. From Venus,7L Mars is placed in 6H with 6L Jupiter
(from Venus).In Navamsha,7L Jupiter is in Rashi Parivartana Yog with
12L Venus and is aspecting 8L Saturn in Lagna which is aspecting 7H.

8L Jupiter is in close degrees with Rah/ Ketu.6L/7L Saturn is also

aspecting 11H from 2H. Thus indicating PAC connection with
6L/7L/8L/2L and 11L due to dispute with wife for money.

In Navamsha chart,8L Saturn is in Lagna with LL Mercury aspecting

Venus ,karak for the Marriage. 2L Moon is in 8H in Rah/Keth axis and
11L Mars is aspecting Venus from 12H.
