1. Consider yourself as an entrepreneur. You have launched a business that offers a very unique
product in the market. In a few months’ time, after observing the success of your business, a
venture capitalist organization offers you investment. You gladly accept their offer after a few
consultations with close friends. The question here from you is this, that what will be the
nature and key features of your business after accepting this offer? (Maximum answer length

2. In the past many key researchers and economists have defined and described the nature of
entrepreneurs. Out of them two famous perspectives were shared by Schumpeter (1934) and
Kilby (1971). Discuss the difference between the perspectives/point of views of these two

3. Discuss the factors on the bases of which self-employment is different than the wage-
