Cable runs between MCC / Switchboard and skids to be accurately quoted.

Increase in freeze protection and IP rating for the equipment to be evaluated
- Control system was excluded, with HP providing the Functional Design Specification only. 
Now they want a fully functional local control station. 
Control system to include within the proposal
- MCC / SWBD to be included.
Current estimate has a lump sum allowed for this that needs to be verified more
accurately
