nose using our unique locking pin.

Bradken’s TwistlokTM is a Mining and Construction sized GET system offering a comprehensive
range of point designs to suit every application. The Bradken Twistlok system features a positive
locking point to adapter nose relationship, maximising fit surface contact to ensure even distribution
of digging forces throughout the system.

Twistlokpro is the next evolution in Bradken’s Plate Lip GET system for mining class excavators, rope
shovels and front end loaders. Combined with Bradken’s design expertise in lip design, Twistlokpro

current market offerings. By evaluating our design with extensive Finite Element Analysis
(FEA), Bradken has developed a quality lip that suits Bradken Avalanche and OEM buckets, All shrouds and points are on the same Shroud protecting wash over the
plane for improved penetration side of the adapter, nose and lip

Bradken’s Defender™ is designed to meet the world’s toughest digging conditions.
The Defender shroud system is designed to fit a wide array of mining excavator, face shovel,
front end loader and construction machines using plate and cast lips. Defender can be utilised
on plate lip sizes from 40mm to 160mm (1.6inch to 6.3inch) and wing sizes ranging from
40mm to 140mm (1.6inch to 5.5inch).
Bradken’s Defender shrouds retrofit with existing “T” profile bosses on competitor’s products
by utilising a sleeve which can be supplied with the shroud.
Alternatively, the OEM boss can be removed and replaced with Bradken’s Defender boss,
which does not require a sleeve. Both options utilise Bradken’s Defender locking pin.
Bradken cast lip shrouds also have wear indicators integrally cast to help reduce unscheduled
downtime by identifying when shroud change-out is needed.
