Follow the steps to find the answer.

Step 1: Write an equation. 60% of 55 = n

Rate Base Percentage

Step 2: Change percent to decimal. 0.60 x 55 = n

Step 3: Multiply 55

The answer is 33. It is called a percentage. It is the 60%

of 55. A percentage is another number that represents the
percent of a number. To find the percentage, follow this
formula.

Percentage = Base x Rate

P = B x R
