Matrix R&D
All Matrix products are indigenously designed. Matrix came up with its first research and
development unit in March 2011 in Vadodara. With around 40% of the total manpower
dedicated to development of new products, Matrix R&D is the foundation of its growth and
sustenance. Matrix R&D is located by its corporate office and is spread over an area of
77,000 sq. ft. The R&D team designs products conforming to the relevant international
standards. Matrix makes considerable investment in R&D tools and equipment to stay
abreast with the latest technological advancements. Recently Matrix has added its second
research and development unit in August 2018.

Matrix Manufacturing
Started in 2012, based at Waghodia, Vadodara in India, the Matrix manufacturing unit is
operated by a well-qualified and dedicated team of engineers. Spread over an area of
73,000 sq. ft., the structure houses departments like Assembly, Testing, Quality Control,
Purchase, Stores, Dispatch and Accounts. Matrix has a production capacity of about
10,00,000 ports per annum. The factory also houses a full-fledged technical support
center spread over an area of 10,000 sq. ft., manned by well- trained and efficient
engineers. The center provides immediate technical assistance to Matrix channel partners
and customers during installation, operation and maintenance of the products.

Matrix Marketing
Matrix markets its products primarily through its strong distribution network of channel
partners. Over 2500+ channel partners spread across the globe are marketing, selling
and supporting Matrix products. In addition to India, Matrix products are available in many
countries of Europe, America, Middle-East, Africa, Asia and Australia. The Matrix
marketing team works closely with these channel partners to ensure that the products serve
the communication needs of customers faster and longer. A special customer care
department provides prompt assistance to the customers.

Matrix started the business with Telecom products. Since then Matrix has adopted and acted upon to continuously engineer the Telecom products. Matrix

Communications. Matrix has moved its focus from providing devices to deploying solutions such as Unified Communications, Video Conferencing

India and eventually approached International market in these last 28 years.

Matrix launched its Security Solutions division in October 2010 starting


with IP based Access Control and Time-Attendance solutions. Matrix
has developed the complete package for this division starting with
Facial-recognition based devices, Bluetooth based Readers, Palm-vein
devices, Multi-spectral Fingerprint Sensing devices and multiple software
products to provide tailor-made solutions for its customers.

Matrix added one more feather in Security solutions cap by introducing


Video Surveillance devices and software in 2012. In all these years,
Matrix has transformed from Analog cameras and recorders to Hybrid and
finally to Complete IP Video Surveillance solution. Matrix has developed IP
based Dome and Bullet Cameras with Network Video Recorders as well as

Matrix Comsec Pvt. Ltd. (Matrix) warrants to its consumer purchaser any of its products to be free of defects in material, workmanship and performance
for a period of 36 months from the date of installation. Product registration is a must when the product is installed to be applicable for warranty.

Warranty Support Guidelines


Warranty failure acceptance criteria: Claim against warranty failure reported within 3 years from the date of Partner invoice is confirmed by Matrix.

Warranty claim process:


• On occurrence of any fault, customer should report the warranty claim to partner
• Customer will provide all the details such as purchasing date, copy of invoice and product shortcomings
• The Partner will perform the Standard testing and attempt to resolve the issues
• If the issue is resolvable at partner end, the customer shall receive the product within two business days
• Under circumstances where the issues cannot be resolved by the partner, the product along with the Standard testing report is sent to Matrix
• After analyzing all the inputs Matrix will confirm product as warranty failure and will proceed to send replacement (applicable only for products failed within 3 years from
the date of Partner invoice)
