EXPERIENCE

 I have hands on experience of almost 19 years in the field of Construction QA/QC and
site inspections of heavy construction industries, nationally and internationally project
in various plants such as petrochemicals, Pipeline, Pre-cast Industry, buildings, steel
structurel in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia with awareness of all international Codes. Quick
to grasp new ideas and concept to develop innovative & Creative solution to problems.

 My duties have encompassed the approval of contractors’ submittals, inspections of site

works, project co-ordination among various parties, preparation of reports and
handling variation orders.

Responsibilities:

 I was responsible to conduct various inspections & testing’s to ensure designed

products are in compliance with pre-set technical specifications.
 Conduct Site Inspections of the installations and getting clearances from Engineering
Consultants by handling, coordinating with execution teams. Making random and time
to time visits of civil job site and coordinating with civil team to reduce rejection levels.
 Familiar with Method Statements and Inspection Test Plan (ITP), approved
Specifications, Relative Codes & International Standards.
 I handled the activities like Excavations, all steps of Raft foundations, Casting of
Precast Beams, Precast of Railway Girders for railway line passing above the road,
Casting of Pile Foundations, Pile capping etc. Inspection of concrete work, as per site
and pre cast member.
 Inspection of cmu work,plaster work,surface preparation and painting work.
 Inspection of Roof surface preparation ,light weigt concrete,EPDM sheet,leak test,geo
textile,and aggrigate.
 Dealing with contractors during work with consultants and with consultants during
work with contractors.
 Verification and visual inspection of all structural itmes as per SATIP & SAIC.
 Inspection of precast panels at reciving time on site.
 Inspection & verification of precast panels during instalation.

 inspection all deliveries of raw materials and mill certificates in proper handling per
required specifications.
 Chek the installation of anchor bolt of all equipment foundation for pedestal structure,
reactors structures, , sub-stations structure, lubricant oil structure, pellet silo structures
& pipe racks with respect to its coordinates setting and orientation elevation,
alignment, levelness , tolerances in accordance with IFC and vendor Drawings approved
by Saudi Armco.
 Check dimensional and visual bolts setting of structures prior for grout pouring and
release pipe erection activities.
 Monitor carried out inspection of alignment, plumpness, levelness, and squareness of all
walls.
 Review documents of client’s specifications that we applied to the project scop of work
and identify clients hold and witness point of inspection as stated on the approved
ITP,S to ensure compliance of ensure that the QA/QC procedures as per “ITP” (Civil
Works Inspection and Test Plan) which cover Excavation ,Backfilling/Embankment,
Cast in Place, Pile Test, Concrete Work,Check of Material Quality, Chek before Casting,
Chek Pouring Casting, Check after casting, Concrete(Field Execution) Pre-Cast and Pre-
Stressed Paving and Building, Roof and Sidings Sheet, Grouting, Roads and Yards, &
final punch listing system and hand over documents are in compliance with the
requirements of the scope of the contract.
 Ensure subcontractor’s adherence to its approved QC Procedures, ITP and all the
required documentation is presented and signed off throughout the course of the
project.
 To ensure that any equipment or instruments to be used by construction or third party
(Leveling, instrument, total station, nuclear gauge for compaction testing etc are
calibrated, have calibration stickers on equipment as per Saudi Aramco standard
requirments.
 Monitor Soil Quality Test, Cement Physical Test, Aggregate Quality Test,
Concrete Compressive Test as per American Standard of Testing Materials (ASTM) and
ARAMCO Specifications procedures(SAES)
 To responsible to co-ordinate, control and monitor all civil quality control activities at
project site with the construction team to ensure that the work is in compliance with
(SAES) Standards, IFC drawings and project specifictions.
 Familiar with the arrection of pre-cast members,grouting,holding panels and final
inspection.
 Inspection for floor paving,car parking foundations,walk ways,duct banks,culvert areas.
 Pouring of concrete and coordination with concrete plant.
 Inspection of gypsum board framing,instalation of gypsum board,false ceiling framing
and instalation,manhole grouting.door frame instalation,door leafe,window frame and
window glass instalation and leaak test.
 I also did job for erection and other activities of Pre-cast elements like manholes
etc.

 I inspected activities like Tamping, Grouting of Erected Elements after Alignment
and got Inspection from the Consultant. Making sure that all the activties are going on
within the parameters set by Consultant through approved Method Statements, ITP and
approved Drawings.
 I also handled Core Drilling in Hollow Core Slabs for the Plumbing points of MEP
Department.
 I have been handling the civil works for structures and reporting to QA/QC Manager.
I inspected architectural work gypsum board framing,instalation of gypsum
board,painting work,cmu and plaster work,door and windown framing,water proffing
work,duct banks,crash barrier, cealing work,ceramic work.
