Dear Sir,
With reference to above mentioned subject we would like to bring to your attention that the
contract period of PR-I from Chainage 421+000 to 440+000 has ended on 25-08-2019. The EOT of
119 Days has been recommended by NHAI, PIU for further approval to competent authority.
However EOT of 119 days, as recommended by PIU, NHAI, Nashik is ending on 22.12.2019.
In view of the above & looking towards the time constraint you are hereby instructed to expedite
the balance work within your scope & BOQ items (enclosed below) at earliest within the schedule
time period.
