By 2011 march, we have requirements of more than 1,500 MBA fresher (Marketing and Human
Resource) candidates across the country to cover all the metros and tier I and tier II cities.
Initially for our HB infomedia division and Hamni Bhojpuria TV channel for zone given below.
ZONE
• North – Delhi. Punjab, Haryana, Uttaranchal,
HP, J&K, Uttar Pradesh
• East – Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Orissa,
Assam and N.E. States.
• West – Gujarat, Maharashtra , Rajasthan.
• South –Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil
Nadu, Kerala
What we are looking for: Candidates should be flexible enough to move from division to
division or location to location without giving second thought. and should be strong enough with
leadership quality, self driven and proactive attitude.
Assistant Business Manager : Should be able to spot and identify Potential clients, manage
existing customer relationships. Follow up with existing clients. , Interacting with new clients,
Seeking New market & business,. Ability to meet assign organization targets. Selling ideas,
services and products. Building and Maintaining relationship with clients and providing
business leads, client interaction, team building, follow up with clients. Leads generation &
qualifying the accounts based on the Sales strategies. Understanding the requirements of the
clients & positioning an appropriate solution, should be able to travel on demand as n when
required.
Annual CTC : Rs. 3,38,580.(Three Lacs thirty eight thousand and five hundred eighty only)
Human Resource Executive: Should have Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to
develop strong working relationships inside and outside Corp. Solutions. Extensive negotiation
experience, including comfort with legal aspects of negotiations. organizational skills and the
ability to understand detailed information. Basic IT and numeric skills. Good interpersonal skills
to form effective working relationships with people at all levels. Good Presentation skills. Time
Management Skills. The potential to handle a leadership role. Candidate should have pleasing
personality with excellent communication skills.
Annual CTC : Rs. 2,54,157.(Rs. Two Lacs fifty four thousand one hundred fifty seven only)
Within the probation period (minimum 6 months) from the joining amount is not refundable,
Based on performance appraisal report (after 180 days), company would take decision on
refunding the same.
Those who could not meet the criteria for refund would go for next performance appraisal again
after 180 days and so on.
If employee does not submit all the company property (mobile/Pen drive/Laptop etc.)/documents
at the time of leaving the company.
2. We would prefer all employees to work at their home town/state/location only, however
we reserve the right to ask for relocation pan India.
3. 3 Three days training is mandatory for all selected candidates, company would provide
fooding and lodging, pick& Drop facilities to all trainee ,however Out station candidates
are responsible for their to and fro Train /bus fare etc.
