report on Teachers Study Load distributed in accordance with paragraph 3 of General Circular no. 3 s. 1991.
At the end of the semester or quarter or summer, she should submit to the office a copy of B.P.S. Form 129.
Failure to submit required forms or to comply with the pertinent regulation on outside study of teachers shall
invalidate later claims of the teacher for credit in any oral of the course taken and completed.
