1. VIP Service – Always Be First

Benefits of the services:

This service provides solemn ritual for your important guests who come to Vietnam on business.
These VIPs will be greeted at the Aircraft on arriving and received special treatments that are
intended for diplomatic officers.

For Customers Ordering The Service: This service is the best way to demonstrate your high esteem
and care to the VIPs on their visit to Vietnam. Using our service, you can come to the Airplane
Staircase to welcome the VIPs and use the VIP room as a place of first meeting and even a short
conference to create a good impression to the VIPs about professionalism and hospitality of Vietnam
and yourself.

For the VIPs: The VIPs will be greeted with the welcome/see-off formalities equal to that for
diplomatic officers. VIPs will not be bothered by Custom & Immigration Clearance Procedures and
line-up, as our staff will take care of those procedures on behalf of the VIPs. The service also help
VIPs saving their precious time and health guarantee.

How to order:
Just send us details of the VIPs (Full names, Nationality, Position names, Flight number,
arrival/departure date and time) together with details of people who will meet-up with the VIPs (full
name and Passport No./ ID card No.). We will greatly appreciate if you could send us the above
details at least 3 working days in advance of VIP arrival/departure.

Service procedures
Arrival Flight:
1. Representatives of your company arrive at the Airport before the Airplane lands; take a rest
inside our comfortable VIP room to wait for the Airplane.
2. When the Airplane has landed, your representatives will meet and greet your VIPs at the door
of the aircraft together with our charming ladies, present the VIPs with flowers, then bring
them back to VIP room. (We will arrange transportation inside the Airport).
3. The VIPs and your representatives can relax or have an official meeting inside the VIP room,
while their luggage are picked-up and other formalities of Immigration & Custom procedures
are taken care by our staffs.
4. After returning all the passports, luggage to the VIPs, we say good-bye to your group at VIP
room. Service for Arrival Flight is completed.

Departure Flight:
1. VIPs’ passports, tickets and check-in luggage shall be brought to the Airport 2 hours before
Departure time (ETD) for flight check-in.
2. After clearing all necessary procedures, our staffs will give back passport, boarding pass to
your local representatives at the VIP room.
3. The VIPs arrive at the Airport 40 minutes before ETD; take a rest inside VIP room until
boarding time. We will transfer your local representatives and the VIPs to the Airplane
Staircase for boarding.
4. Our staffs and your local representatives return to VIP room and say good-bye. Service for
Departure Flight is completed.

4th pax up + US$ 100/pax

These charges do not include any fees at the airport payable to passengers, VAT

Service included:
- Related Paperwork Clearance
- Immigration & Custom Procedures Clearance
- VIP Room Usage
- Ground Transportation inside the Airport – Mercedes Sprinter 16 seats or Nissan Livina 07
seats (to carry VIPs between aircraft and VIP room)
In case of ordering the other kind of car, the surcharge is: 100USD/car/way for Mercedes
S500; 60USD/car/way for Mercedes E240, 50USD/car/way for Mercedes E200.
- Drink to be served inside VIP room is WAMI purified water and Vietnamese green tea (hot).
Other kind of drinks will be served to request.
- Fruits of the season will be served.
