Learning strategies are an important aspect for a teacher or prospective teacher in the
teaching process. The strategies and methods used are very important because they can affect
students' interest in learning later. So this time in the essay I will discuss the importance of
creative learning strategies and methode that use inside. The first this paper will discuss the
importance of creativity in learning strategies. Second, what are the methods used in it.
Finally, how is the actual application done by the teacher to students.

of teacher actions to students in teaching and learning activities. Therefore learning strategies
are very important for a teacher to make students' interest in learning better. Then creative
teaching strategies it is very necessary because it can make students motivated to learn and
make students forget the weight of the learning burden in class. Here so that the teacher can
make students more interested in learning there are three things the teacher must know in
using creative learning strategies. first, students must be the center of the learning process,
what is meant here is that the teacher does not just silently deliver the material but the teacher
must involve students in the process. secondly, help students develop the skills they have
here. students use in developing their learning potential. Thirdly, a lesson needs to be seen as
part of the story. It is this nuance of creative storytelling that helps the teacher connect
teaching with memory and knowledge. After the turn on the learning method that will support
creative teaching activities are included.
There are various types of methods including CLT communicative language teaching
the application in the CLT class using every activity that involves authentic interaction, both
between teacher and student and between students and students. Examples of activities or
methods used by the teacher are pair work, information gap, and role playing. What is meant
by pair work here is that the teacher pairs students after that the teacher gives a problem and
the student must look for problem solving by discussing with friends who were raised.

make students feel happy and excited in the learning process. for example the teacher gives

the teacher provides learning material by role playing for example students are given
assignments in groups and they are disorganized to play a role in dramatizing social problems
those around it. The three examples above are very helpful for the teacher because learning is
not boring. This method also aims for students to be able to use language as a tool to
communicate, students use language as a tool to express something.
So the learning strategy is very important and needed for a teacher because with the
teacher using the right learning strategies can make students become more active in the
classroom and also will provide simple improvement points for students. And teacher
creativity is needed in attracting students to attract students. learning, such as the
implementation of the CTL method above which also helps develop student and teacher
creativity optimally.
