To
All the members of SHANKAR HILLS PLOT PURCHASERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION-

Sub:-our project status update and future course of action for project works completion.

At the outset our sincere thanks for the patience exhibited by you for so long in
particular for those members who made full payments promptly and also for the
members who made First instalment payments for the Development work which is in
progress. Your payments only helped us in retaining hold on our layout property or else
the situation would have been different with new and more difficult complications
cropping up through land grabbers and pattadars.

We are pleased to inform you that our affidavit to the Joint Collector & District
Magistrate requesting him to include SHANKAR HILLS COLONY name in the possessors
columns in the revenue records for all the 33 survey numbers of our layout is processed
and necessary instructions have been given to the concerned officials.

Under LRUP i.e. (Land Records updation Programme) Scheme announced by the
Telangana Government, the MRO, Gandipet Mandal, following the prescribed
instructions issued Proceedings No. B/1100/2017, on 15/12/2017, incorporating
SHANKAR HILLS name against all our 33 survey numbers covering an Extent of Ac.
460.06 Guntas for which we have obtained compromise decree through the Hon’ble
Court.

The compromise decree obtained from the Hon’ble Court followed by the Proceedings
of 15/12/2017 received from the MRO, Gandipet Mandal have really protected our
interests. If there is no court order for compromise and if there is no proceeding order
from the MRO made under LRUP Scheme, the pattadars and second time purchasers of
our lay out land in Acres would have managed PATTADAR PASS BOOKS a fresh and the
Cheques towards the financial support announced by the Telangana State Government.
This would have led to further precipitation of our property issues but for our timely
action.

Also we came to know that the pattadars and their SPA/GPA holder were negotiating
with some interested big parties to sell the unsold part of our layout land in Acres just
before the compromise deed execution in the Hon’ble Court. We are informing you about
these happenings that came to our knowledge so that you will appreciate the sensitivity
and seriousness of our property related problems in the true spirit.

However due to some technical reasons the related pahanies are yet to be released
on the new DHARANI website which is designed under instructions by the Telangana
Government for the entire state wherein we are a part.

The indications from the Revenue Department are that sooner than later the whole
process will be completed and the pahanies will be released in the website. We
reemphasize that the exercise is for the whole State and not just for our property-most of
you must be aware of the same through news channels.

Further please note that some of the second time land purchasers in Acres in our
layout land have filed Writ Petitions in the Hon’ble High Court and obtained interim
suspension orders against the proceedings issued in our favour by the MRO which
accounts for only a part of our layout land. We have taken up these legal issues by
appointing competent senior counsels in the Hon’ble High Court to counter the orders
and the arguments are progressing on the right lines as per our expectations.

Importantly the payments received from the members to our account for the project
work as on date have been paid to the developers with the resolutions passed in the
executive committee and counsel meetings through cheques based on the works
completed.

In fact we fell short of the payments to be made to the developers as per our
understanding for the important works completed in the courts and to the persons who
matter for clearances. And we are unable to make the balance amount payments for
want of fund availability.

As of now the fund in flow is not up to the mark which is coming in the way of our
project work.

We are planning to go to our site very soon to take up temple renovation/new


construction in line with the importance of the site and the wishes of most of our
members. This will be followed by a get together for all the members at the site about
which confirmatory SMS will be sent as per our records/list. Also we will be taking up re
fixing of boundary stones for all the plots very soon. We earnestly request all the
members to attend the get together at the site without fail. This would also enable us to
have site possession expression with our presence at the site.

We earnestly request one instalment payers and non payers-who are yet to pay both
instalment amounts-to make payments immediately cheques or drafts to enable us to
clear the dues payable and to meet other project related expenditure and support us to
make our project a BIG SUCCESS and to thereby to make our CHERISHED DREAMS a
reality.
