as deposit against defect liability period till the completion of DLP.

7. Completion Timeline: 3 months from the date of issue of NTP.
8. Payment Terms:

9. Liquidity Damages: 0.5% of value of Contract Price per Week of delay, subject to maximum of 5% of the Contract
Price.
10. Water and Electricity: water and electricity for all purposes related to work & for his labour camp shall be provided by
the contractor.
11. Only Space shall be provided for store. Vendor shall make lockable arrangement
