Notes:

1. Unless otherwise agreed, the number of copies of various drawings and documents shall be as below:

a. With bids - Same as the number of copies of bids

b Post order submission - For Review/Records - Six copies
c. Final documents - Six prints and Two sets of CDs

Vendor shall furnish soft copy of all drawings in AutoCAD version 14.0/ 2000 and all documents in
MSOffice 2000 as part of the final documentation.

2. For further details vendor shall refer EIL std. 7-76-0101 `Instructions to vendor for quality data
requirement'.

3. Vendor shall note that GA drawings furnished alongwith bids shall have adequate information for
carrying out detailed engineering at Purchaser’s end; and as a minimum shall include overall
dimensions, foundation/ cut-out details etc. It shall also be ensured that these details are adhered to
after placement of order.

4. Vendor shall develop and submit for approval - post order - a list of all interconnecting power and
control conductors / cables giving scope demarcation for completeness of the DG package
commissioning..
