b) Client has the right to cancel any one enrolment without giving clarification on the basis of Indiscipline behaviour, false statement
and wrong dealing by the Business Associate.
If Agreement is generated as per the customer details depending upon the project chosen by the customer. Then if within a
month customer asks for a refund due to any issue at his end then 5 % of total amount shall be deducted as Filing charges by
the company even if the demo is taken by the customer or not. (Not Applicable if Live Work is Issued & GST amount is non
refundable)
