operational and financial objectives of new business and the details, such as budgeting and
market planning.
Besides, writing a business plan also will carry out marketing analysis and
competitive analysis stage, thus providing the business a better chance of success.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY – OZHOUSE CLEAN

• based in Melbourne.
• Offers professional, residential cleaning services.
• The company was established in 2005 and is a family business.
• James and Nancy are the Directors of the company. Their
daughters, Amanda and Sarah are the Operations Manager and
the Administration Manager respectively.
• As business grow, there may need more management and
administrative staff employed, for example marketing officer
• The company has employed 15 cleaners, all of whom are part-
time contract staff working between 10 and 15 hours a week.

sought-after contract cleaning and facilities support service in Melbourne. On top of
that, to provide the customer with all residential cleaning services in an environmentally

MEET WITH CONTRACT CLEANER
PURPOSE OF THE MEETING
To set up a meeting with the contract cleaners to investigate the situation and to provide
coaching on the expected level of performance
The cleaning services provided to the customers
do not meet the customers’ satisfaction. There are
a number of residential customers no longer use
