Present the objectives of the session

At the end of the session, the participants will
be able to

 Understand the essential of good lesson

planning to the process of teaching and
learning.
 Recognize the teaching strategies for
effective teaching.
 Write a lesson plan with effective teaching
strategies.

Activity: Do the following activity: 15 minutes

Analyzing Pen/Paper
Participants will list down the sample
teaching strategies that they used in making
an effective lesson plan. After they give their
answer they will share it to the group.

The activity will run for 15 minutes.

Ask the following:

 Why lesson planning is very important

in teaching?
 Why do we need an effective strategies
in teaching?
 Give some of your techniques in
making an engaging lesson plan with
effective teaching strategies.
 (Sharing of answer)

Analysis Group discussion and sharing of knowledge 15 minutes

about creating an effective lesson plan and
teaching strategies for 21st century learners.

Abstraction Based on the previous discussion, ask the 30 minutes

following questions:

 How to teach properly?

 How to prepare an effective strategies
in teaching?

Closure  Wrap up the session with a challenge 30 minutes

to all the participants to be creative in Video clips
making an effective lesson plan with
essential strategies in teaching.

 To end the discussion, participants will

watch a short video clips that will
reminds us to be a creative teachers
because planning and preparation is
one of the most important principles
of good teaching.
