above-entitled case filed an action, now pending for trial in the Regional
Trial Court of Capas, Tarlac, for Cancellation/Annulment of Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 043-2012000243 with Re-conveyance of certain
parcels of land against the defendant FLORA T. SICAT and THE
