INFORMATION

The undersigned, Assistant City Prosecutor, accuses ROBERT R.

ROSARIO of the crime of RECKLESS IMPRUDENCE RESULTING
TO SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURIES, under Article 365 in relation to
Article 263 of the Revised Penal Code (RPC), committed as follows, to wit:

That on or about 20 September 2019 in the City of Davao,

at about 6:30 A.M., and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, the said accused did then and there, while driving his
Nissan Patrol car with Plate No. REM 499, did then and there
recklessly, carelessly, imprudently and negligently manage and
operate said vehicle along Pichon Street (formerly Magallanes
Street), and without due regard to traffic rules and regulations
and imprudence hit a pedestrian, Arman D. Dalisay, who was
then and there occupying and crossing the said Pichon Street,
thereby causing serious bodily injuries to him which required
medical attendance for a period of more than 30 days and
incapacitated him from performing his customary labor during
the same period of time.
