Re: Demand to Vacate the Property

Dear Mr. Emilio,

I write to you regarding the above-referenced matter for the property located at:

Barangay Hayahay
Bansalan, Davao del Sur

On or about 01 July 2010, I, as the owner of the property above-described, allowed you to enter and
possess the same since you personally asked permission to temporarily occupy the subject lot on the
condition that you would vacate the same upon my demand.

As you possess the property merely due to my tolerance, there exists an implied promise that you will
vacate the same upon my demand.

Due to the foregoing, I hereby make a demand upon you to vacate the property within fifteen (15) days
from receipt of this letter otherwise I will be constrained to institute the appropriate civil complaint
against you. I will also hold you liable for interest, damages, attorney’s fees, and expenses that I will
incur arising from your unlawful continued possession of my property.
