investments, loans, credit cards & taxes, all in one app. The app delivers real time recommendations
and actions. Our loans feature gets you to lower your current monthly EMI's and also get all kinds of
loans at lowest interest rates. Our investments engine has the largest catalogue of investment options
across Direct Mutual Funds, Bonds, Fixed Deposits., PMS'es etc. The platform is unbiased and helps
you to move to better performing assets at ZERO commissions (like DIRECT Mutual Funds). Our
premium members get access to a virtual "Private Family Office''. As part of our strategy to be your
default financial life engine, we are going to launch “Insurance” advisory. We are hence looking for a
dynamic business leader for this line of business who’s goal should be to work with us to enhance the
user’s financial life.

Role Summary:
● Lead the insurance business for INDmoney
● Build a world class product providing frictionless user experience in the pre purchase,
purchase and post purchase insurance journeys.
● Forge partnerships and negotiations with top tier Life, General and Health insurers
● Develop world class customer experience including after sales and claim settlement
processes with the third party insurance companies.
● Drive overall growth of the category & user engagement
● Build the team for insurance vertical, acquiring top quartile talent for INDmoney’s
Insurance Business

Requirements:
● Total 4+ years of experience including: (i) 2+ years of Experience in Product
Management / Strategy in a fast growing B2C startup (ii) 2 years of experience in a top
tier strategy consulting firm (BCG, Mck)
● First Principle thinker, demonstrating strong understanding of rule engines and
mathematical/ statistical computation for various insurance categories.
● Prior experience in a technology / product company will be preferred
● Past leadership experience in leading high performance teams
● Understanding of regulatory & compliance with respect to the insurance business will be
a plus.
Educational qualification:
● Undergraduate degree from Tier-1 Institutes ( IITs, BITS, SRCC) required
● MBA from Tier 1 institutes will be a plus - IIMs, Top B Schools in USA
● Strong communication skills, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders
