Present simple: Negative and interrogative form

*The negative form of the present simple is formed with “Do not” or “Does not” + the base
form of the verb.
We use Do not with: I, you, we, they.
We use Does not with: She, he, it.

Example: I don’t like carrots - She doesn’t like carrots.

*The interrogative form is form with Do or Does at the beginning of the

sentence.

Example: Do you like carrots? - Does he like carrots?
