Minutes of the General Body Meeting of Power & Banking Karm. Awasiya Swayat Sehkarita (Regd.)
held at Dehradun at 2.00 pm. On 15th February,2015 as per agenda given on 19/01/2015.

The meeting started at 2.00 pm. Shri Ajay Bansal, President welcomed all the members at the premises
of the Sehkarita and introduced the Managing Committee to Members. Then the President requested
the General Secretary to precise the meeting as per Agenda items already circulated among members.

Shri Kamal Kant, General Secretary, after welcoming all started the meeting as per agenda. As per
Agenda Item No.1, Minutes of the last General Body Meeting held at Dehradun on 21/04/2013 were
read before the Members. One member informed that a point of circulating the members list at website
as well as to members was not incorporated in the minutes of GBM held on 21/04/2013. After
discussions in the House it was decided to incorporate the desired lines in minutes of this Meeting. The
Minutes of the GBM held on 21/04/2013 were approved UNANIMOUSLY by all Members.

As per Agenda Item No. 2, Balance Sheet for the financial year 2013-14 along with other annexes
were read before the Members and the same were approved UNANIMOUSLY by them.

As per Agenda Item No.3 General Secretary informed the House regarding cost per square yards with
all development after the Massurie Dehradun Development Authority approval of Lay Out for 146
different category plots comes up to Rs.3870/- per yard. General Secretary elaborated the cost factors /
amount spent by Sehkarita for approval of Lay Out from MDDA. GS further informed the House that
after adding the cost of land which were purchased earlier the cost per square yards is fixed Rs.3870/-
per sq. yard. GS informed that If present land cost could have been added the cost per sq yards, the cost
would have been Rs.7300/- per sq. yards. General Secretary told the House that after the draw of three
different categories the cost will be fixed to Rs.3870/- per sq. yards including all developments as per
specifications of MDDA. The members will have to pay according to their sizes allotted to them @
Rs.3870/- per sq. yards. General Secretary told the House that Members contribution / excess amount
will be refunded or charged at later stage.

After long and protected discussions on the cost per sq yards for developed plots, the House,
UNANIMOUSLY approved the cost to Rs.3870/- per sq. yards.

As per Agenda Item No.4 elections of the Office Bearers, The President Shri Ajay Bansal informed
the House that since three years have been passed, as per Bye Laws of Sehkarita, fresh elections of
Office Bearers are due and for that the present body of Office Bearers stands dissolved. For fresh
elections of Office Bearers an Election Officer named Shri Sandeep Bhatnagar (Membership No.73)
was appointed with the consent of the House. Elections Officer informed that for Election of Office
Bearers a panel is with him and asked for any other name for any post of Office Bearer. Since there
was no other name was proposed by the House for any post of the Sehkarita, Election Officer Mr.
Sandeep Bhatnagar announced the following names witch were declared elected Unopposed for the
next three years. Entire house gave its wholehearted support for the next team and the following team
was declared Unanimously:
Shri Ajay Bansal President
Shri Sukhbir Singh Vice- President
Shri Kamal Kant General Secretary
Shri Bajrang Lal Periwal Treasurer

Then New team thanks the House and Office Bearers were seated on dise. The General Secretary Shri
Kamal Kant announced the following names of 4 Executive Members to be included in the Managing
Committee for smooth running of Sehkarita.

1. Shri C.M. Kohli Executive Member

2. Shri Vinod Gupta Executive Member
3. Shri Radhey Shyam Rathi Executive Member
4. Smt.Bhumika Periwal Executive Member

As per Agenda Item No.5, GS informed the house that any matter related to working of the Sehkarita
can be be discussed with the permission of Chair. Some worthy members wanted to know about the
allotment procedure of plots to them and sanctioning of Lay Out reducing their sizes as per categories.
GS replied them and House gave their approval for Draw of Lots. GS further informed that due to false
complaint of encroachment by NTPC Jal Vidyut Sehkarita whose land is adjacent to our land, lots of
problems were faced which delayed our Lay Out. GS further informed the House that shortly after the
Approval from MDDA the development work is going on and expected to be completed unto
June,2015.

As per Agenda Item No. 6 GS informed the House the procedure of Draw of Lots of three different
categories. It was also decided to make video recording and photo of every event of Draw. Then the
Draw started for Large Category in which 17 members slips and 17 plot numbers with their areas were
put in two separate Zars. From children / ladies each number were picked for name as well as plot
numbers and the same were stand allotted to them. Then Category Medium in which 56 names and
plot with areas were put in two separate zars and were picked by two separate guests and the plots were
allotted to the name picked against the same. Then small category in which 73 names of respective
members and 73 numbers of plots of same category were put in two separate zars. The same procedure
was adopted and the plots were allotted according to name picked by guests. Our guest Shri Sandeep
Bardwal, Senior Advocate and President of Bar Association along with his associate had a warm
welcome by all the Members. GS informed the House that due assistance and co operation from the
Legal Head was utmost important for our Sehkarita.

The Draw of Lots was Unanimously approved and accepted by the House. GS informed the House
that a Patta / Conveyance Deed with possession letter will be issued to respective Members within in
short period and the Members have to make there Mutation in Tehsil after the Conveyance Deed /
Possession Letter is issued to them by Sehkarita.

The meeting was over with vote of thanks by the President and General Secretary.
