Academic Strategy during Lockdown period – April 2020

 Every Staff is requested to prepare a question set like cycle test pattern (consisting of
important questions ) and it has to be sent to the students.
 Student has to write the test as assignment and submit this to the concerned staff as pdf
file.
 The pdf can be submitted through gmail or google class room
 Each subject pdf must be stored in the format as
 Registernumber_studentname_subjectname
 The test must be for all years. I year to final Year – all classes
 Subject order can be decided by HOD such that every day one subject test to be collected.

 Every HOD including I Year and staff are requested to circulate this to students and collect
subject test as pdf file like assignment.
 Datewise subject order must be submitted to principal through HOD’S
 Everyday the HOD’S has to submit the assignment details to the principal which in turn
principal will submit the consolidated report to Director Sir and Advisor sirs.
 Also staff members are requested to evaluate the submitted pdf and assign marks and
send the mark list to principal within 3 days.
