Dear Southridge Parents,

We hope this letter finds you safe and sound in the midst of these trying times.

As the school year opens, the Southridge Learning Resource Center continues to provide an auxiliary

role in creating the best opportunities for learning through its resources. This coming August 2020, the

LRC will start issuing the rental books that supplement and enrich the educational experience of a

Southridge education.

To facilitate health safety and security, the LRC has scheduled a schedule for the pick up of the

rental books so that a controlled contact with personnel takes place. Parents have the books picked up

through two (2) options : a) secure the assistance of a commercial courier service ( e.g. Grab, Lalamove,

etc.) and contact the library personnel for details , b) secure the assistance of the Southridge

Cooperative for a minimal fee. The arranged delivery can be done through Charlie who can have the

rental books at your doorsteps. The contact details are as follows : _____________________

August 10 - Grades 1 & 2

August 11 - Grades 3 & 4

August 12 - Grades 5 & 6

August 13 & 14 - Any Grade Level
