Workout # of Reps Weight Thoughts/Feeling

Chest 4 Just barbell bar weight I Target heart rate for me


Bench Press think it is 25lbs is 50 to 60%. This felt
good and I wanted to
do more but it was way
to heavy I started to
shake. I had a 10 lb
dumbbell but it was too
light to feel much of a
workout.
Shoulders 10 10lbs It got really tiring at the
Shoulder press end of the workout. I
struggled to do the last
two reps but it wasn’t
too hard like the bench
press.
Biceps 8 10lbs I started off great but it
Standing bicep curl also got heavy toward
the end.
Back 12 Body weight I really liked this
Inverted row exercise because it was
my body weight and I
plan to do more body
weight exercises but
since I had the
dumbbells and bench
press I thought might as
well use it to see what I
can do with them.
Triceps 5 25lbs I was going to use the
Triceps extension 10lb weight but it
extension w/2 arms seemed a bit too easy
so I did 25lbs and wow
im so weak. Im glad I
am seeing where I am
at to progress and really
kick off this muscle
building journey.
Squats 10 Barbell weight. I believe Legs are definitely
Barbell squat it is 25lbs stronger than upper
body.
