Wet hands with water Apply enough soap to Rub hands palm to palm Rub back of each hand
cover all hand surfaces with palm of other hand
with fingers interlaced

Rub palm to palm with Rub with backs of fingers Rub each thumb clasped Rub tips of fingers in
fingers interlaced to opposing palms with in opposite hand using a opposite palm in a
fingers interlocked rotational movement circular motion

dry hands
thoroughly

Rub each wrist with Rinse hands with water Use elbow to turn off tap
opposite hand (if no elbow tap available, use
paper towel to turn off tap)
