Eligibility
This policy is available to an individual (known as the proposer) or to the proposer and his
family as family cover (when spouse, up to 2 dependent children and/or dependent parents
or parents-in-laws of proposer are added as lives insured). The oldest aged insured person
will be the principal life insured and the other insured persons (if any) will be secondary lives.
A maximum of 4 adults (up to 2 parents and up to 2 grandparents) and 2 children can be
covered under the plan.
An additional 100% of the chosen Daily Hospitalization Cash Benefit (DHCB) per life is
paid for each Day of stay in the intensive care unit (ICU), provided the life assured
qualifies for the Daily Hospitalization Cash Benefit (DHCB).

This plan has a maximum limit per policy per life on total benefits we will pay within one
policy year and during the policy term. GST and any other applicable taxes will be added to your premium and levied as per the then extant tax laws. The
