This is to inform you that seven (7) contestants for Collaborative Publishing and one (1)
Sports Writer together with the teacher-coach from La Filipina National High School will
go to Manila on February 2 – 3, 2018 to join a tour at the National Museum and
Intramuros which was sponsored by a relative of one of the participants.

I, Harley B. Aglosolos, coach of the mentioned students, take full responsibility of the
campus journalists during the tour knowing that this would educate them of the major
landmarks in the Philippines.

Attached are copies of the Parent’s Consent of the students as proof that they are fully
aware of the tour and supported it.
