VENDOR to provide tie in details indicating nozzle sizes, quantity, type of flange rating etc along with Bid.

26 1 All dimensions are in mm unless otherwise specified
27 2 Nozzle Standout are from shell / head external surface to the nozzle flange face.
28 3 Bore of the flanges shall correspond with the inside diameter of the nozzle.
29 4 Bolt Holes in flanges located on dished heads shall straddle the principal centre lines of the vessel or lines parallel thereto. Bolt holes in flanges of nozzles
30 and manways located on shell shall straddle the vertical centre line of the vessel.
31 5 All blind nozzles shall be supplied with bolts, nuts and gaskets. Gasket shall be spiral wound graphite filled with SS316L inner ring and CS outer ring.
32 6 Gasket contact surface finish shall be smooth finish with 3.2 - 6.3 , in accordance to ASME B46.1. All other details shall be as per ASME B16.5 for flange
33 sizes less than or equal to 24 in.
34 7 Manways to be complete with cover, bolting, gasket, davit, handles, nuts and bolts.
35 8 Inside edges of nozzles shall be flushed with internal surface of the vessel shell / head and rounded off with minimum 3 mm radius.
36 9 Maximum allowable nozzle loads provided in Doc. No. KU-TWK-10-ME-STD-0203 shall be analyzed as per WRC 537 / 297 for the Electrostatic Coalescer Vessel.
37 10 Nozzles without blind flanges shall be provided with steel covers, temporary neoprene gaskets and bolts for transportation.
38 11 All attachment pads shall be provided with 1 number of 10 tell tale hole.
39 12 All attachment pad edges shall be radiused to a minimum of 25 mm.
40 13 All pressure retaining welds shall be of full penetration type.
41 14 Vessel tolerance shall be as per ASME Code Sec. VIII Div.1
42 15 Cold formed Dished Heads with fiber elongation greater than 5% shall be normalized.
43 16 Test medium for hydrostatic testing shall be potable water. The pH value of water shall be kept between 6 to 8 and chloride content shall not be exceed 100 ppm.
44 17 Hydrostatic test shall be carried out for min. 1 hour. Immediately after hydrostatic testing, the vessel shall be thoroughly cleaned and dried.
45 18 Gasket used for hydrostatic testing shall be of the same type and material as the service gasket.
46 19 All lifting lug welds with the plate shall be ultrasonically tested over an area extending 100mm beyond the edges of the attachment welds and shall be subject
47 to 100% MT/PT and visual testing.
48 20 Vendor to furnish all required loading data for design of the vessel/skid foundation.

54 26 The Centre of gravity of the package/equipment shall be indicated on G.A drawing by vendor.
55 27 Static head shall be added to design pressure.
56 28 All attachment welded to the vessel shall be of the same material & quality as the component to which it is attached including impact test requirement, if any.
57 29 All attachments shall be continuously welded. All non-pressure part (external attachment) directly welded to pressure part shall be of same material as that of pressure part.
58 30 Material chemical composition and hardness requirements shall comply with NACE MR 0175/ ISO 15156.
59 31 For Hardness, no parts of weld, Heat affected zone (HAZ) or base metal shall not exceed as per table A.1 of NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 Part-2 for carbon steel material.
60 32 Vessel design shall consider sufficient access for inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
61 33 This data sheet shall be completed by Vendor during bid stage.

64 36 Vendor to ensure that Skid supporting structure are sufficient enough to take the loads resulting from the Hydrotest pressure.

72 42 The CEC to be installed upstream of the FWKO/Degasser in phase 1 (Design Case 1A and 1B) , in future phase 2 the CEC to be relocated and installed down stream of
