VENDOR to provide tie in details indicating nozzle sizes, quantity, type of flange rating etc along with Bid.

25 Notes
26 1 All dimensions are in mm unless otherwise specified
27 2 Nozzle Standout are from shell / head external surface to the nozzle flange face.
28 3 Bore of the flanges shall correspond with the inside diameter of the nozzle.
29 4 Bolt Holes in flanges located on dished heads shall straddle the principal centre lines of the vessel or lines parallel thereto. Bolt holes in flanges of nozzles
30 and manways located on shell shall straddle the vertical centre line of the vessel.
31 5 All blind nozzles shall be supplied with bolts, nuts and gaskets. Gasket shall be spiral wound graphite filled with SS316L inner ring and CS outer ring.
32 6 Gasket contact surface finish shall be smooth finish with 3.2 - 6.3 , in accordance to ASME B46.1. All other details shall be as per ASME B16.5 for flange
33 sizes less than or equal to 24 in.

43 16 Test medium for hydrostatic testing shall be potable water. The pH value of water shall be kept between 6 to 8 and chloride content shall not be exceed 100 ppm.
44 17 Hydrostatic test shall be carried out for min. 1 hour. Immediately after hydrostatic testing, the vessel shall be thoroughly cleaned and dried.
45 18 Gasket used for hydrostatic testing shall be of the same type and material as the service gasket.
46 19 All lifting lug welds with the plate shall be ultrasonically tested over an area extending 100mm beyond the edges of the attachment welds and shall be subject
47 to 100% MT/PT and visual testing.

52 24 All welding shall be carried out in accordance with approved WPS / PQR only. Only qualified welders and welding operators shall be used for welding on vessel
53 25 NDT Technicians shall be qualified to ASNT SNT TC-1A Level II or equivalent
54 26 The Centre of gravity of the package/equipment shall be indicated on G.A drawing by vendor.
55 27 Static head shall be added to design pressure.
56 28 All attachment welded to the vessel shall be of the same material & quality as the component to which it is attached including impact test requirement, if any.
