Dear Ma’am,

Given the terms & conditions with your requirements, we are pleased to
present our proposal for the construction of Three (3) Bedrooms Single
Storey Residential Building.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES: Mrs. Ma.Aileen F. Oliva, the owner of Address at Bigben

Farm, Barangay Las Pinas, Penaranda Nueva Ecija, hereby hires Del
Rosario Construction, with a principal address at #269 Abesamis
Subdivision Poblacion 1,Penaranda Nueva Ecija.
2. WORK TO BE DONE: Contractor agrees to Supply and Construct
Three(3) Bedrooms Single Storey Residential Building with a floor area
of Ninety Five Square Meters(95m2) with Thirty Square Meters(30m2)
Carport in a professional and high quality manner. The Contractor will
also clean any debris and remove all tools upon completion of
the work.
3. TOTAL COST: In consideration of Contractor’s constructing the
building, Homeowner will pay to Contractor, the sum of One Million
Nine Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand (P 1,962,000.00)
4. TIME FOR PERFORMANCE: Contractor will start the job no later than
July 1 2020 and will complete the job on or before October 1, 2020.
 5. SUPPLIES AND TOOLS: The Contractor shall supply, at their cost, all
materials to be used on the job based on Contractor’s estimate of the
quantity of renovation needed. Contractor shall supply all labor and
other equipment needed to complete the job, including sanding tools,
brushes, ladders, and anything else deemed necessary by the
Contractor to do a high quality job.
6. SCHEDULE FOR PAYMENTS: Homeowner will pay Contractor 50
percent of the amount before the Contractor’s commencement of the
work and another 25% upon Mobilization. Homeowner will make the
5% final payment to Contractor of the balance due upon completion of
the job and clean-up of the work area.
7. WARRANTY: Contractor warrants that they will perform the work in a
professional and workmanlike manner. Contractor further warrants that
the renovation particularly to the structures for One year. If any defects,
damage or failure occur, the contractor will return and will make the
necessary repairs at no additional cost to Homeowner.
