Conclusion:
A. Management Prowess:
The management prowess has low potential. The lack of personal experience in teaching
makes it difficult to have high potential in this matter. However being able to make
connection and learn quickly which will benefit the company and the employees. Also
since the respondent have already graduated from a university there are more
opportunity to have a large networks of professionals that would be available to reach
out to. School leadership also regularly accesses available updated and accurate financial
reports
B. Resource Sufficiency:
This is an educational institution the resources like office space as well as the
management and faculty are readily available. The school provides community partners
with the support and resources they need to undertake their work. And there is also a
support from the state government.
C. Organizational Feasibility: Feasible
D. Suggestions for improving organizational feasibility:
The principal should work within district guidelines to effectively support or remove staff whose
performance does not meet the needs of the school. Also need to concentrate on expanding
professional networks. teacher leaders are needed tp be trained effectively in
engaging/teaching adults. The principal has sufficient authority and flexibility to adjust resources
as needed.
