2.-Where do you see yourself in five year´s time? I see myself in five years working in a first world company,
Where I can grow professionally, With a formal job with experience in the quality control and implementation that
six sigma proyects.

3.-What is your greatest weakness? I considered My wearkness is to thing abaut the opsions, but this make me
make the best decision. That´s why I believe.

4.-What is your greatest strenght? My greatest strenght is my charisma, my facility to learn new things, I usually
get information in books or the internet before making a decisio.

5.-Why should we hire you? I don't know if I'm the best candideit, however, unlike other people, I like to be in
constant learning, for example, in the cuarentine also I have took a courses abaut human talent management, use
of minitab for qualiti control, use of dynamic(dainamic) tables in excel, I have been read books like:” The leader
who had no title By Robin Sharma. Currently the companys need to be in constant learning and change, So I think
it would be a good element in this company.

6.-What can we expect from you in your first 90 days? the first 90 days, I need to know the production process
and learn how things are done so that later I can give opinions about how to improve this process, I would like to
develop (DIVElop) a project with the minimum of costs and the maximum impact, I would like to develop divelop a
 kaizen project for continuous improvement, using lean manufacturing tools to do more with less and using Six
sigma to reduce variability in the process.

7.-What are your salary expectations? I‘m looking for a starting salary somewhere between 6,000 and 6,500 six
thousand and five hundres ,I would like to know what´s the salary you offer.

8.-Are you team player? Yes, I'm very much a team player. In fact, I've had opportunities in my school to develop
my skills as a team player. For example, on school projects I always I had like to working with different persons.

9.-What experience do you have in this field? Ok, In the development of projects I have the experience of having
carried out a project in the Cuautla technology, last year, we looked for the way for people to park safely and
correctly within the technology, there were many possible solutions, but all required a high investment, so I
developed an Ishikawa diagram to find the root cause and found two root causes, one the lack of awareness in
people and the second was that there was no internal regulation, so those two causes were attacked and was able
to develop the project with the minimum of costs.

10.- Why do you want to work with us? First, I am looking a manufactoring company, a company where I can
apply the methodologies and strategies I learned, I always focus on production and Quality and it would be a

11.-Tell a any suggestion you have made that was implemented in this field? In the matter of project formulation,
I did a parking project at the Cuautla technology center, where I proposed to create awareness in the students
about parking safely. the best thing was that it didn't take money to do it, in fact, that was the idea I had, not to
spend money and only make people aware

I have not had major problems, When I have an idea, first I talk to other people to share them the idea, and in that
way make them part of the job.

I know many tools and philosophies, each one is applied in different areas, for example In Leanmanufactoring the
tools used are:
o PDCA – problem solving cycle (Planing – Doing – Checking - Acting)

o Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

 In the area of Six sigma, the tools used are:
o DMAIC: The define, measure, analyze, improve, and control process is a data-driven quality strategy

standalone quality improvement procedure or as part of other process improvement initiatives such as lean.

15.-What major challenges and problems did you face? How did you handle them? My major challenges have
been covering the areas I like most in life such as: playing the piano, exercising, being with my wife, studying,
reading books. Doing this every day and creating routines has been difficult, but it has been worth it, I have
removed the activities that I dont spend a long time watching tv.

seminars with current topics like corona viruz.

20.- How would you describe your work style ? Well, My work style I like to work with other people although the
leader has to be the one who directs the team to achieve the goals, I like to be an coworked with others and help

21.-What are the most difficult decisions to make by you? The most difficult decision I have had to make has been
to change my career. I started studying mechanical engineering but switched to industrial engineering, I liked this
career more, because has a focus not just on hard technologies, but olso on soft technologies like the use of
Estatistics, use of software, marketing, project realization, Organizational tools, Logistics, relationships and
anothers.

22.-How will you achieve your goals? creating goals, setting goals, creating indicators to verify that the objective is

of FMEA for risk analysis, The use of the dinamic tables in Excel, I know how a management system is formed and I
have certifications in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 where I learned how internal and external stakeholders of the
company are identified to meet their expectations, these standards are customer focused, In the Yellow belt
certification I learned to identify waste in production processes, using lean tools.

30.- What is your greates accomplishment?

My greates accomplishment is have a stable and happy life, enjoy with my wife, have a family and my parents, also
having finished my career and being able to play classical music on piano

31.-If we hire you for this job, what will be the first thing you do? The first thing I will do is first learn about the
process they carry out to translate it, it can be in a VSM, then get standards, look for bottlenecks, analyze the
process, look for waste. After this, I can give suggestions for improvements with all the tools I know to reduce
waste such as : Unnecessary times, defects, waits, inventories, overproduction.Finally, I can make suggestions for
improvements with all the tools I know to reduce these wastes

32.-Tell me abaut a team when you failed ? I always made different teams in my school to carry out projects, I
liked to make teams with different people and I was always the one who coordinated the activities, I involved
everyone to achieve these projects and we were always the best teams, I never failed because all the members of
my teams achieved the goal that was the objective of the project
33.- As an industrial engineer, your job may entail streamlining company processes to make them more efficient
and eliminate waste. What are your skills here? This topic is probably the one I know best and what I would look
for is to carry out a kaizen project, using statistics and LEAN tools to carry out an improvement project.
