INFORMATION

The undersigned Provincial Prosecutor, upon Sworn Complaint filed by

the offended party, accuses ANACLETA BAHAGHARI and DIOMEDES
PARAAN of ADULTERY, committed as follows:

That on or about May 31, 2010, in the City of Cabanatuan, province of

Nueva Ecija, within the jurisdiction of this Court, said accused did, then and
there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, being a married woman, have sexual
intercourse with another man not her husband, and by him who has carnal
knowledge of her, knowing her to be a married woman.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
