1. What is Mathematics for you?


- Math for me is an interesting subject but the thing is that I am not into it, I am not
inclined with that subject. Math is also helpful in everyday basis in the sense that we
can use it in the different form of doing (buying, selling, astronomical activities,
construction etc.).
2. Where do you apply the principles of mathematics?
- As what I just said on the first question we can use it in everyday doing like selling,
buying, construction etc.
3. Do you need mathematics every day? Why?
- Yes, because it is already part of our life.
4. What have you learned from school on mathematics so far?
- As I’ve read the book “Math in the Modern World”, I learned more about some
interesting facts about it like deciphering codes that I really love. I mean I love
investigative mystery books and movies.
5. Do you appreciate mathematics? Why or why not?
- Yes, although I am not good at it I still appreciate how it works in the sense that we
can use it in everyday basis.
6. Did you ever perform well in mathematics? Why or Why not?
- No, I guess I don’t have the rhythm the alacrity of any math wizards or it’s just that
my brain don’t easily pick up the solutions in any math problem.
7. Who is Fibonacci and what did he do?
- Fibonacci also known as Leonardo Bonacci was an Italian mathematician from the
Republic of Pisa considered to be “the most talented western mathematician of the
middle ages”.
8. Why did Fibonacci Become famous?
- Fibonacci is famous for his contributions to number theory in his book Liber Abaci he
also introduced the Hindu Arabic Decimal system.
9. About what year did Fibonacci sequence invent?
- Fibonacci sequence was invented on 1202 AD.

or overlaps.

FRACTAL GEOMETRY A fractal is


a geometric figure, often
characterized as being self-
similar; that is, irregular,
fractured, fragmented, or
loosely connected in
appearance.
