understanding.

Everyone is familiar with the scripture For God so Loved the World that
he gave his only begotten son.

11:31:27 [counselor] That is our first example of Love.

11:31:57 [counselor] We are going to begin laying our foundation for
God our First Love beginning with us.

11:32:16 [counselor] With the total belief that God so loved the
World that he gave Jesus to die for each of one us.

11:32:29 [counselor] And the knowledge of God is Love and that he

loves each one of us.

11:32:52 [counselor] With that being said, accepting Jesus as Lord is

the next step in the foundation.

11:33:11 [counselor] Moving on up to the next step in securing the

foundation is getting the understanding of God's Unconditional Love.

11:33:34 [counselor] The way we do that is through reading the

Word and meditating on the Word daily and allowing God to give you
revelation knowledge of HIS LOVE for you.

11:33:49 [counselor] Here is the Good part.

11:34:00 [counselor] Getting rid of the Baggage! Can I get an

11:34:51 [counselor] The baggage of expectations that we have for

other people and expectations that other people have placed on us.

11:35:43 [counselor] Fear is the next baggage that we really need to

get rid of. Fear of whether or not someone loves us, how much they
love, what they think of us and our fear of whether we are even good
enough because of what we have done. Whether or not God will even
Love us because of what we have done.

11:36:16 [counselor] Our past - our past relationships that we have
had, the love we experienced in those relationships, the kinds of love,
whether it was abusive. Regardless it is baggage. Get rid of it.

11:36:58 [counselor] The validation from others - having to be

validated from others because of who they think we should be or who
we think we should be for them

11:37:32 [counselor] BIG ONE --- Trying to be like someone else,

trying to act like someone else, trying to walk in someone else's call or
trying to choose your own call.

11:37:50 [Dee] Mmm...that is a big one

11:38:06 [counselor] After you have gotten rid of all of that, you
have to love yourself as God loves you. Not looking at your mistakes
as mistakes but as learning opportunities.

11:38:38 [counselor] Now learning to accept others without

expectation.

condemnation

11:40:22 [counselor] Learn to accept people for who they are and
not what you expect them to be, because then people become
someone other than who they are which is not the truth.

11:41:02 [counselor] There is no condemnation with God. Why do
you look at yourself and condemn yourself? What is the reasoning
behind that?

11:41:22 [counselor] You have to see yourself as God sees you.

11:41:41 [counselor] When God sees you, all he sees is the Blood of
Jesus. He sees you covered, sinless and faultless.

11:42:33 [Dee] Amen, Bettye...it can be tough but that is how we

have to learn to see ourselves

11:42:50 [sadie] because I feel like I am letting God down in the

times when I mess up. But I know now that God loves me anyway

11:42:53 [counselor] And HIS Word on who he says we are. When

we see ourself any other way then it is a lie.

11:43:33 [counselor] Yes, God loves you anyway, because

remember our mistakes are opportunities for God to teach us. The
only perfect person is the Man, Christ Jesus.

11:44:04 [counselor] For instance, with our children when they

begin to walk, when they fall down, we do not tell them do not get up
and try again. We encourage them to try again.

11:45:23 [Dee] I think seeing God as our loving, heavenly father is

the key to realizing who we are in Him

11:45:26 [counselor] Now until we begin to learn to loves ourselves

and have a loving relationship with God, we do not know how to love
our spouses, children or anyone else. Because we have to extend the
Love of God to first our husbands, then our children and then it
spreads.

11:46:08 [counselor] Not just the key to realizing but the key to
having a loving relationship with him and letting the Love flow through
us to others.

11:46:54 [counselor] Now you have to begin setting your Boundaries

of Love. Set the boundaries because people will walk all over you and
tell you how you are supposed to love them and everybody else if you
do not set those boundaries of love.

11:47:08 [counselor] The scripture that comes to mind is Who shall

separate me from the Love of God.

11:47:39 [counselor] There will be people, situation and

circumstances of life that are coming everyday, all day that will try to
get you to change your mind about who you are and what you believe.

11:47:48 [counselor] But when you are rooted and grounded in the
Love of God, none of that matters.

11:48:16 [counselor] Because it is then that you begin to understand

how to Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul and
strength and Love your neighbors as yourself.

11:48:24 [counselor] God's Love is unconditional.

11:49:00 [counselor] Think that is where we have the problem

understanding the love relationship because we place conditions on
our love with our husbands, chilren, friends and it ends up being a
relationship that has a lot of drama with it.

11:49:44 [counselor] Because we are not walking in the

unconditional love of God accepting ourself and everyone else for who
they are or how we think they should be versus who God has created
them to be.

11:49:46 [mandyl] How do we know how to love with all our heart,
soul, and might?

11:50:43 [counselor] When you are loving and not accepting
anything in return. When you do something for God and not expecting
anything in return. When you do something and not expecting
anything in return that is unconditional.

something in return, you are investing.

11:51:37 [counselor] Agape Love - that is totally unconditional love.

That's God's kind of love.

ISRAEL...

11:52:11 [counselor] It has to be a personal love relationship with

You and God.

11:52:48 [counselor] It is not between you, your husband and God,

you, your pastor and God or you, your friend and God.

11:52:54 [counselor] You and GOD!

11:53:40 [Dee] Amen!

11:53:51 [counselor] Because when God is your first Love, it is easy

to Love everybody else. You are not easily offended, not easily upset,
you are accepting of all kinds of people and can deal more rationally
with people and more accepting of things from people that are not so
lovable.

11:54:00 [Dee] It's a tough pill to swallow, but it is true...we add too
many variables to the equation

11:54:14 [mandyl] Agreed, when we stand before the L-rd, He wants
a relationship with each of us individually, if we did not know Him
personally, He will not know us

11:54:21 [counselor] Yes, really the Love of God is not about you.

11:54:31 [counselor] The Love of God is about Jesus and spreading

his love through you.

11:54:41 [counselor] We make things to personal.

11:54:51 [counselor] It is about establishing God's covenant and

God is Love.

11:55:49 [counselor] I see that the time is getting close and we had
a rocky start, but Glory be to God.

11:56:00 [Dee] This kind of love must take a lot of time and
maturity...I'm not completely there yet!!! :-)

11:56:05 [counselor] need a long time to do what he needs to do. All

we need to do is yield to him and he will do a quick work and cut it
short.

11:56:33 [mandyl] It's a lifelong process to draw near

11:56:33 [counselor] That is okay if you are not there yet, because
we do not start our babies out on meat but milk. Eventually they get
to the meat.

11:56:56 [mandyl] By saying you have not yet arrived, you are
opened to still be taught and learn by Him

11:57:19 [counselor] Yes, we must remain teachable.

11:57:42 [counselor] Because God says that the child that remains
teachable gets FAVOR from God. Paraphrasing in Proverbs.

all the riches of the world.

Power of G-d.
