to have, if recorded, a public contract effect, the parties agreed what follows:

PREMISES

Diplomatici, made up of university students and young professionals, organizes the participation of students in Model
United Nations (MUN). MUNs are international forums of students from all over the world who have as their object the
simulation of the functioning of the main organs of the United Nations. The Change the World Model UN Emirates
represents the first stage of the CWMUN World Program 2021. The simulation game and its mechanisms do not differ
from regular Diplomatici events, but the fabulous location in which millennial traditions are mixed with metropolitan
pomp, and the suggestive intercultural atmosphere, gives the Change the World Model UN Emirates the value of an
even more exceptional experience
Specifically, the options presented for the Change the World Model UN Emirates are:

PARTICIPATION RATES

● A - CWMUN® EMIRATES SMART NOVEMBER, 25 - 28 2020 € 590,00 (Standard rate € 1.090,00)

The rate includes:

● CWMUN Emirates 2020 Registration Fees;

● Educational material and training sessions to be held via ZOOM;
● Access to the Diplomatici E-Learning Platform;
● Access to CWMUN Workplace;
● Access to the NYU Abu Dhabi Campus;
● Lodging for 4 days and 3 nights - B/B accommodation in double or triple rooms at the NYU Abu Dhabi Campus;
● CWMUN Emirates 2020 E-Certificate of participation;

Additionally, it is possible to extend your stay in the Emirates by choosing one of the two options below:

● DUBAI CLASSIC € 1.380,00 (standard rate € 1880,00) (EMIRATES SMART+ CLASSIC) from November 25th to
November 30th, 2020

 The rate includes (besides anything already included in the Smart package):
● One way private transfer from Abu Dhabi to Dubai (November 28th, 2020);
● Lodging in double or triple rooms for 2 days and 2 nights in a 5* Hotel in Dubai (November 28-30);
● Excursions, Associazione Diplomatici chaperone included, to the most suggestive places of Abu Dhabi and
Dubai;

B – Additional services

• B1 – Travel cancellation clause € 190,00

Diplomatici provides an option called "Travel cancellation clause" which allows in the event of the selection of
such clause by paying an additional € 190.00 along with the payment of the entire registration fee. The full refund
of the amount paid in the event that the student cannot take part in the initiative for justified reasons. To regularly
activate the signed and paid guarantee,by simply inform Diplomatici S.r.l., no later than 48 hours before scheduled
departure via certified mail in accordance with Art. 5 of this Agreement .

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PREMISES, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOW:

Art. 1 - The premises are an integral part of this contract and the parties declare that they have read and fully understood
them and fully approve them accordingly;

Art. 2 - Services the student is entitled for

The services the student is entitled for are exclusively those mentioned in this contract under the form "the rate includes",
as well as those relating to the optional components and accessory services requested by the Student at the time of signing
this contract. If it is not possible to provide a requested service, the Student will only be entitled to get the refund of the
related supplement, if paid, unless the impossibility is due to force majeure. All the services included in the item "The
rate includes" relating to training courses, and those relating to tourist services will be provided by Associazione
Diplomatici.

Art. 3 - Package choice

Any change in the options offered are based on the availability of travel and/or accommodation services and have ad
additional charge equal to € 150,00 (each).

Art. 4 - Payment method

The Student is going to submit the first payment within 48 hours from the registration process. The amount to be paid
is € 220,00 (travel cancellation costs must be added to the amount if selected) via bank wire transfer to the following
bank account details:

It is possible to request to pay by credit card or paypal. In this case, the commissions requested by the relevant circuit
will be applied to the payment. If the student intends to use one of these tools, he must request by sending an email to:

Art. 5 - Withdrawal

The Student has the right to withdrawal from the contract by emailing (via regular or certified email) to Diplomatici srl.

If the withdrawal occurs within 15 days from the signing of this contract, the student will be entitled to request a 100%
refund of the amount paid at that time. If the withdrawal occurs within 45 days of the live event in which the student
has decided to take part in, the student will be entitled to request a refund of 60% of the amount paid up to that time.
If the withdrawal is communicated subsequently, the student is not entitled to any refund. The previous refund policy
for withdrawal does not apply in the case of signing the "travel cancellation clause".

Art.6 COVID 19 Policy

If at the time of the live event in which the student has chosen to take part in by signing this form, reasons related to
the decisions made by the international health authorities and / or the host country should make it impossible to carry
out the event, Diplomatici will fully refund the amount paid by the student.

Art. 7 - Substantial alterations of the contract conditions

Should Diplomatici, before scheduled departure date need to substantially modify the contract in one or more of its
clauses, the Students will be promptly informed in writing where all amendments will be shared along with the change
in the rates ensuing. As a consequence, the Student must communicate whether to withdraw or to accept the proposal
within 2 business days from the date on which the written notice has been received. In case of withdrawal, the Student
will be reimbursed by Diplomatici in 15 business days with the amount paid
Any non-availability of certain additional services requested by the Student do not represent any substantial change of
the contract. In the respect of the airport policy, dates of departure and/or stay may change and this does not represent
any substantial change of the contract should this change does not exceed 4 days.

Art. 8 - Outstanding balance

Should any outstanding balance occurs in accordance with Art. 4, the contract will be promptly terminated by law due
to the fact and fault of the Student. Should this scenario occurs, Diplomatici has the right, as a penalty, to withhold any
sum received and to obtain judicially, the payment of the balance and default interest as per the provisions stated in
art. 4.

Art.9 - Cancellation

Until the beginning of the program, Diplomatici has the right to cancel or change it. In case of cancellation, Diplomatici
will refund any amount paid without any rate of interest or penalty.

Art.10 - Cancellation due to force majeure

Diplomatici has the right to cancel the event due to force majeure. Should this happen, the Student has the right to only
be refunded of the amount paid. The student does not have any right to request any other form of refund due to damage
nor any additional reimbursement of costs.

Art. 11 – Liability

Diplomatici is responsible for the correct execution of the tourist and accommodation obligations stated in this contract.
The aforementioned responsibilities are however limited by Law 29.12.1977, n. 1084, referred to by Legislative Decree
06.2005 n.206 ("Consumer Code"), as well as by the Warsaw Convention of 12.10.1929 on International Air Transport
and by the Bern Convention of 25.2.1961 on Rail Transport as made executive and applicable, as well as within the limits
established by further conventions made executive in the Italian legal system, to which the European Union countries
or the European Union itself adhere. Diplomatici is not responsible for the damages occurred to the Student deriving
from his conduct and for damages occurred by third parties, or from fortuitous or force majeure cases or from cases
that Diplomatici could not reasonably foresee or avoid. If the failure or incorrect breach depends on facts attributable
to the service providers / organizers of which Diplomatici makes use of for the provision of the services, Diplomatici is
not required to refund the damage suffered by the Student. Nevertheless, the Student has the right to act against the
service providers, in order to obtain the sums paid for the unpaid services.

Art. 12 - Place of Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, the parties elect the Court of Catania as the only competent body. For all matters not expressly
provided for in this contract, the parties refer to the provisions of the current civil code.

Art.13 – Damage policy

When checking out of the hotel, Diplomatici will check each room for any damage and the cleanliness. Should problems
occur, Diplomatici will charge the occupants of the rooms with the extra-costs that the hotel will invoice as a
consequence of the aforementioned damage and / or to supplement the necessary extra-cleaning fees. The
responsibility is to be considered applicable to all occupants with no difference.
Please note: Due to the high number of participants attending, waiting is possible upon your arrival at the Hotel to
check-in. Diplomatici will do its best to speed up the process as much as it can. Diplomatici shall not be considered
responsible of any long waiting.
Now therefore

The Student declares to accept the entire contract herewith and undertakes to pay Diplomatici the entire fee set at

to the protection of personal data”, the collected personal information, by other means, even in the future, will be processed by us as "Owner", also with the aid of electronic and / or automated means
and always in full compliance with applicable legislation, for the following purposes of the processing:

● Institutional activities of Diplomatici: Diplomatici can collect your personal data entered in the process of your online/paper registration; it can indeed, process your personal information with
the aim of establishing the enrollment report for other promoted training courses;
● Online marketing of our training courses, in-depth courses and postgraduate courses promoted by Diplomatici and the Eastwest European Institute;
● Accounting and administrative activities relating the proper keeping of mandatory records by law, or to the fulfillment of provisions of public authorities and supervisory bodies responsible for
investigations.

Data Controller and the Data Protection Officer

The controller of the processing of your personal data is DIPLOMATICI S.r.l. located in Catania, Via Duca Degli Abruzzi, 180, email: privacy@diplomatici.it. In this respect, we kindly inform you that
Diplomatici has appointed its Personal Data Protection Officer (so-called DPO) to further guarantee your rights and as the only point of contact with the Control Authority. Our DPO can be contacted at the

For the purpose of our activities, Diplomatici asks third parties to carry out data processing necessary for the execution of particular tasks and contracts. Your personal data may, therefore, be communicated
to recipients external to our structure. Being understood that no disclosure to indeterminate subjects is envisaged. For these obligations, third parties will be appointed as data processors.

Provision of personal data and storage time of your personal data

The provision of you of personal data, with the exception of those provided for by specific laws or regulations, remains optional. However, such personal data are necessary, as well as for the purposes of
law and/or regulation, to establish the completion of the enrollment relationship for training and improvement courses and/or concerning the activities we manage; in order to execute the related obligations,
the refusal to provide your data to our Company could make it impossible to establish or execute the aforementioned relationship. Your data may be kept beyond the strictly indispensable period provided for
by the legal obligations only for the purposes already mentioned.

Rights of the data subject, restrictions of processing, right to data portability and right to propose actions before the Privacy Authority (c.d. complainant of the European regulation 2016/679/UE)

Pursuant to the aforementioned European regulation, you have the right to be informed about the name, the denomination or the company name, the domicile, the residence or the headquarters of the owner
and of the person in charge of the treatment, about the purposes and the modalities of the same, as well as obtain without delay, by the owner: a) confirmation of the existence - or otherwise - of personal
data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and the communication in intelligible form of the same data and their origin, as well as the logic and purposes on which the treatment is based. This request
can be renewed, except for the need for justified reasons; b) the cancellation, change into anonymous form or blocking of data that may be processed in violation of the law, including data which need not
be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) updating, rectification or integration of data; d) certification that the operations referred to points b) and c) have been
brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment occurs it proves impossible or involves
a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. In addition to the rights listed above, within the limits of the provisions of the new European regulation, you can exercise the rights to limit
the processing, to oppose the same and the right to portability exclusively for the personal data you provide to the owner according to art. 20 of the aforementioned regulation. We also inform you that, in
accordance with the Privacy Code and the new European regulation you can move actions to protect your rights before the Supervisor for the protection of personal data, so-called complaint pursuant to art.
77 of the aforementioned regulation. Lastly, we inform you that, limited to some data concerning you, you can exercise a right of withdrawal of consent to the processing of data by communicating this
