 Terms and Conditions

1) Price quoted is exclusive of taxes.

2) GST 18% applicable on all machines.
3) Payment : 100% advance along with the PO
4) Delivery : 3 -4 weeks from the date of PO with payment.
5) Warranty : a. One year from the date of installation or supply whichever is earlier only
against manufacturing defects.
b. The heating element in the destroyer is warrantied for six months from the date of
installation or supply whichever is earlier.
6) Validity : 90 days.
7) Freight : To Pay extra at actuals
8) Installation : Installation and service during the warranty period is under your scope. We
will supply the spares. Also we will train your technician for this.
9) Electrical wall socket with earthing shall be provided by you near the place of installation as
mentioned in the technical specification.
10)GI pipe for exhaust provision to let out smoke and flue gases to be arranged by you with a
local plumber.
11) Please note that all local pollution norms will be in your scope, kindly explore initially for
approval and we will not be held responsible at a future date.
