1. Teacher asks her pupils to list/tell out their favourite breakfast.

2. Teacher shows a picture of an omelette. She then asks her pupils to name the
food. If they are unable to name it, teacher prompts question. e.g.: It is made of
eggs. Etc.
3. Teacher asks her pupils whether they have seen their mother cook an omelette
before or have they ever eat an omelette?
4. Teacher explains to her pupils that they are going to watch a video: How to
make an omelette. She sets some tasks to her pupils.
ACTIVITIES
5. Pupils have to:
i. List down the ingredients to make an omelette
ii. Tell simple steps of making an omelette (enrichment activity)

7. Pupils tell the ingredients to make an omelette.
8. For the outstanding pupils, they are to ask to tell the steps of making an
omelette. Teacher will guide her pupils in doing this.

HOW TO MAKE AN OMELETTE

First, wash the egg from dirt.

Secondly, break the eggs.

Then, beat the egg lightly with a fork until it is fluffy.

Next, add some salt, peppers, onions, diced tomatoes and spring onions

Then heat the non-stick pan over a medium-low heat.

After that, put some oil. Keep the temperature low and slow when cooking the egg.

After that, let the egg sits for a minute.

Then use a spatula to gently lift the cooked egg from the edges of the pan. 
Tilt the pan to allow the uncooked eggs to flow to the edge of the pan.

Next, fold the omelette in half. Slide it onto a plate with the help of a silicone spatula.

Finally, garnish the omelette with shredded chillies and spring onions. Serve, while it is hot.
