Supplied Product / RoHS/ RoHS-2/ RoHS-3 Compliance
We hereby confirm that as of January 1st 2015 cables produced and supplied by
Teldor Cables and Systems Ltd. & Teldor Cables Telecom Ltd. are in full compliance
with DIRECTIVE 2015/863/EU, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS-3) and 2011/65/EU (RoHS-2).

As of January 26th 2006 cables produced and supplied by Teldor fully comply with
the European Union Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS).
As of 2011 cables produced and supplied by Teldor fully comply with the European
Union Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS-2).
As of 2015 cables produced and supplied by Teldor fully comply with the European
Union Directive 2015/863/EU (RoHS-3).

All applicable and necessary actions required of suppliers and internal operational
processes to verify full compliance with DIRECTIVE 2015/863/EU have been taken
and documented in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

Teldor Cables are RoHS/RoHS-2/RoHS-3 compliant. Only upon specific and written
customer request/confirmation will Teldor use materials that are not RoHS-3
compliant.
Per RoHS-3 requirements, we confirm that all products manufactured by Teldor comply
with directive 2015/863 and comply with the following substance restrictions:

Mercury 0.1% Weight = 1,000 mg/kg = 1,000 ppm
Cadmium 0.01% Weight = 100 mg/kg = 100 ppm
Chromium VI 0.1% Weight = 1,000 mg/kg = 1,000 ppm
Polybrominated biphenyls (PBE) 0.1% Weight = 1,000 mg/kg = 1,000 ppm
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) 0.1% Weight = 1,000 mg/kg = 1,000 ppm
Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) 0.1% Weight = 1,000 mg/kg = 1,000 ppm
Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) 0.1% Weight = 1,000 mg/kg = 1,000 ppm
Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) 0.1% Weight = 1,000 mg/kg = 1,000 ppm
Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) 0.1% Weight = 1,000 mg/kg = 1,000 ppm
