It is humbly submitted that:
Due to sickness & old age, I was not able to moved 2nd Appeal in time, delay may kindly be
condoned, keeping in view my dedication towards cause, without any gain & profit, only to
protect & safeguard our National Interest, whereas CPIO never supplied as per mandatory
provisions, which is not acceptable as complete Information not supplied as desired, still Ivory
under class 20 allowed as Trade Mark along with Elephant defined as cattle, besides it FAA,
who also failed to supply required Information.
Project Elephant should safeguard Elephant Ivory, prohibiting creation of demand, removing
Elephant as cattle.

Description of Information Sought

On the eve of International Day for Biological Diversity, Smt. Suman Kadyan with Abhishek
Kadyan & Smt. Sukanya Berwal endorsed me for Scouting against Ivory trading, protecting
Elephants. Supply me all copies of letters, circulars, directions with Noting parts, agenda
with minutes, related to followings:
1. Elephant being wild animals but Indian Forest Act, Cattle Trespass Act, IPC 429, Delhi
Police Act, Mumbai Police Act, Gujarat Police Act defined Elephant as Cattle, whereas
tireless services of Sukanya Kadyan turned Berwal & Abhishek Kadyan, amended two Acts
in Haryana with Cattle Fair Act, Punjab, so provide me truth & all efforts made at Ministry
level, besides it Project Elephant.
2. IVORY allowed under class 20 of Trade Marks Rules, 2002, supply me the reasons behind
along with all copies of complaints received to omit Ivory from class 20 being criminal
offense, action taken by Wildlife Crime Control Bureau at Delhi & Mumbai
3. Action taken on MOEAF/E/2020/00697 with all letters with directions issued on this legal
Notice by the Wildlife Crime Control Bureau & Noting parts concerned including by their
WCCB at Mumbai
4. Similar action as stated point No. 3 with the grievances, bearing Nos.
MOEAF/E/2020/00663, MOEAF/E/2020/00645, MOEAF/E/2020/00036,
MMSME/E/2013/00168
5. Complete list, details of Trade Marks issued under class 20 to trade Ivory
6. Complete details of the KVIC obtained Trade Mark under class 20 for Ivory trading
7. Complete details of the Maharashtra Khadi & VI Board, obtained Trade Mark under
class 20 for Ivory trading
8. Complete details of Ivory stock as raw materials with the trade mark owners under class
20
9. Complete details of Ivory stock as finished goods, articles with the trade mark owners
under class 20 along with details of sales, related to Ivory

Prayer or Relief Sought

Appeal may be considered as Trade Mark for Ivory trading are at full swing, creating
demand of tusk, invited elephant poaching but Project Elephant have nothing to do, Please
perform your official cum fundamental duties, direct Trade Mark Authorities to omit Ivory
under class 20. I am not satisfied with the reply & activity of the PE. Elephant adopted as
National Heritage animals but defined as Cattle, it is your duty to omit as Cattle, I can not
do anything more, except to call you in the court of law.

Humanitarian by choice: Gandhian by vision & action, habitually wearing Khadi, I prefer to
fight for, hence 2nd Appeal may kindly be considered, establishing Good Governance with
transparent mechanism. It is further requested to condone the delay, being retired person not
tired for community services, protecting me from their political vendata.
