T80 Small-Scale DEH

T80 series Turbine Control Module is a small-scale integrated DEH

control equipment for steam turbines of 12MW and below, as well as
industrial turbines with following features:

• Real complete Digital Electro-Hydraulic (DEH) with higher anti-

interference ability and servo amplifier function, and can directly
electro-hydraulic converter such as drive DDV, Voith valve, CPC
valve, REXA valve, etc.

• Suitable for power generation units including waste heat recovery,

waste-to-energy, biomass, solar, etc., and providing control
solutions including isolated network operation, thermoelectric
implication control, steam compensation control, variable pressure
mode, etc.

• Suitable for industrial turbine units such as various water pumps,

and providing professional control solutions such as closed loops
and remote controls.

• Seamless integration with DCS

T800 Large-Scale DEH

T800 is a large-scale control system for

subcritical, supercritical and ultra-supercritical
steam turbines, as well as feedwater pump
turbines. It can be regarded as a special MACS
K DCS with following features:

• Redundant controllers and communication

networks

• Fast-speed controllers with minimum 5ms

scan time

• Supporting isolated network operation

• CAN communication for fast tuning loops

• Seamless integration with MACS K DCS

LK Series Macro PLC

LK series macro PLC consists of a set of controller, I/O

and communication modules that can be combined and
configured on the backplane to solve a wide range of
automation tasks.

Depending on the application, the number of I / O

control points is scaled according to the needs of the
user.

The controller supports up to 2000 digital inputs /

outputs or up to 1000 analog inputs / outputs.

LK PLC has redundant communication bus, and can be

configured with:
• non-redundant CPU (LK202)
• redundant CPU (LK210) on common backplane
• non-redundant CPU (LK220) on a dedicated
backplane
• redundant CPU (LK220) on separate backplanes

LKS Safety PLC
The LKS safety PLC is compliant with the requirements of the
integrated safety level SIL2, certified by TÜV SÜD.

LKS system with 1oo1D fault-tolerant architecture. It has high

availability, scalability, performance and can be widely used to
create control and safety systems for oil & gas pipelines, chemical
and
petrochemical industries, railway transport and medical
applications.

Performance:
• Standard switchover time: 90 ms (no more than 130 ms)
• Minimum task scheduler time: 100 μs
• Minimum processing cycle time: 50 ms

Scalability:
• PROFIsafe network, up to 124 I/O modules

by both OTS and DCS and is checked
before putting the equipment into
operation.
