Meeting Proper:
1. Submission of papers for newly appointed UE Law Journal Officers is
needed
a. The format will be sent for uniform letters (letterhead, construction,
etc.)
b. Deadline of submission of deliverables is on Wednesday, August
12.
c. Deliverables include: Letters of Intent and Resignation Letter
d. Must first meet with Atty. Velez(s?) before sending to Dean.
2. Recruitment of New Members
a. No official recruitment of understudies until the release of the online
publication and online magazine
b. There will be a pubmat posted for recruitment as per Kuya Clint
(Date of post tentative)
c. Recruitment of creatives point person is ongoing. (Ate Yana De La
Cruz suggested by Kuya Clint)
3. G.P.O.A (General Plan of Action)
a. Online Magazine
i. Avenue for Distribution: Facebook Page/Facebook Posts
ii. Content will be further discussed after newly appointed
officers are fixed
b. Online Publication
i. Avenue for Distribution: Website (Domain name purchase
$19.99 yearly, Squarespace, tentative)
ii. Content will be further discussed after newly appointed
officers are fixed
iii. Backlog content and articles will be prioritized
c. The GPOA must be presented to Atty. Velez(s?), subject to his
approval before being sent to the Dean.
