PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. Project Title : 4-Way Fest │RACoustic 2019


II. Date Implementation : September 16-19, 2019

VI. Rationale:

Peñafrancia festival and Divino Rostro feature novena and fluvial procession have come to be an
important marker of city’s identity as pilgrim city in its public relations initiatives. The actual feast
days are packed with diverse and seemingly secular array celebrations which are often spoken as
heartfelt forms of people’s devotion to Our Lady of Peñafrancia.

In the light of the aforementioned event, we the Rotaract Club of Naga propose a project activity
entitled “4-Way Fest │RACoustic” to be part of Peñafrancia celebration calendar of LGU Naga
and/or Archdiocese of Caceres. This project aims to have a wide party and a great opportunity to
leverage venue; to create a strong festival brand; to attract these entertainment and experience-instant
job and trade fair among Bicolanos.

Also, we aim to provide an awareness to all ages, that through Zumba dance and color fun run it can
contribute to a healthy heart, Brain perks, Weight loss, Greater mobility, social interaction, stronger
musles and bones and stress relief to our participants. Our 4 days job and trade fair will showcase
local products while uplifting the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and help all
Nagueños to seek for a qualified job opportunity. Furthermore, we also offer a live band to promote
the local performers in Naga through a mini concert for them.

VII. Objectives:

The participants of this project will be able to:


A. Explore numerous career opportunities and make personal contacts that can lead to a
job;
B. Encourage all ages and backgrounds to improve to improve their mental and physical
health through Zumba and Color Fun Run;
C. Raise fund for Rotary campaign END Polio and Biofilter of in Bicol River;
D. Showcase local products of Naga City

VIII. Particulars:
1. The posters and announcements must be done on August 10, 2019

2. The communication letters to the sponsors and invited guests must be disseminated at
least one month before the event.
3. The secretariat committee must prepare all the paper works including registration,
evaluation forms and the like one month before the event.
4. The reservation of the venue and materials must be done one month before the event.
5. The promotional and documentation committee must remind the participant about
their participation in the event and if they need anything. Must be done at least three
weeks before the event.
6. Accomplishment report must be submitted to the head at least two (2) days after the
event.
