AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01 SERIES OF 2019 INVOLVING AN

AMOUNT OF EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY NINE PESOS (P85,849.00) AND
APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE

Be it ordained in Special Session assembled:

SECTION 1. The Supplemental Budget of Barangay Magallanes for Fiscal Year 2019 in the total amount of Eighty
Five Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Nine Pesos (P85,849.00) is hereby approved.

The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made and integral part of this Ordinance:

1. Statement of Funding Sources (BSBP Form No. 5)

2. Statement of Supplemental Appropriations (BSBP Form No. 6)

SECTION 2. Sources of Funds. The sources of funds for the Supplemental Budget in the total amount of Eighty Five
Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Nine Pesos (P85,849.00) shall be as follows:

Beginning Balance P -
Savings From Current Appropriation 85,849.00
TOTAL P 85,849.00

SECTION 3. Use of Funds. The amount of Eighty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Nine Pesos (P85,849.00) is
hereby appropriated, for Yuletide Social Assistance Program (YSAP).

SECTION 4. Separability Clause. If, for any reason, any Section or provision of this Appropriation Ordinance is
disallowed in Budget Review or declared invalid by proper authorities, other Sections or provisions hereof that are not
affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.

SECTION 5. Effectivity. The provisions of the Appropriation Ordinance shall take effect on this 26 th day of December
2019.

ENACTED. This 26th day of December 2019 at Magallanes Limasawa, Southern Leyte.
