This report demonstrates the case of Kerr Deliveries, a company providing

deliveryservices since 1995. The main purpose is to identify an optimal plan to new
computer purchasing from the point of an Information Technology (IT) expert. The
report focuses on the selection of the right models of computers with justification and
will be presented to Robert Kerr, the responsible person the company.

Kerr Deliveries, a company located in NSW, has been successfully operating for over
twenty years. It is run by Robert Kerr with the support of over fifty employees. Its
major function is to provide delivery service across Sydney and regional NSW with
various transport means including bicycles, cars as well as vans. As a result of
steady business expanding, the possibility of building up business in other major
cities, such as Canberra, Brisbane, and Melbourne, has become evident. After
deliberate considerationand careful surveying, Robert has decided to make it
materialized in a period of three months. As an indispensable part of daily operation,
the current computers have to be replaced because they are out of date and their
performances in handling tasks are declining to the extent of hindering daily business
running occasionally. To address this problem, Robert has decided to undertake a
thorough survey on different computer models to facilitate his decision on which
product to purchase.

Our team will provide data about devices such as desktops, laptops and PDAs with
GPS tracking to our company's director Robert Kerr. These devices have in common
things like memory, RAM and some other components. On desktops and tablets we
can find a lot of information about their configuration and configuration such as SSD,
HDD, RAM, CPU, MAIN, Radiators, VGA, CASE and PSU. And for PDAs with GPS
tracking we need GPS, capacity, memory, PIN, image processor, weight, ...

As I think, in the desktop section, all three options are both good and affordable
options with high configuration levels that provide enough work for employees.
And the next part is the laptop, all three options are affordable and it can be more
convenient for employees to work, the memory capacity or the other parts are not
inferior to the desktop. .
The rest is PDAs with GPS tracking, which is very important for many roles of
employees in each of their positions, such as on-site staff, security guards or also on
duty. counters use it. When we use it, it will capture the information of customers and
not be surprised when meeting them.

Which brand provides the best possible option for the business

As far as we have discussed carefully the issue of finding the right equipment for
Robert Kerr's company employees.
First on the desktop, out of the three options, we should choose the Dell OptiPlex
3070 Desktop Computer device because the first one is Dell, this is a very reputable
company and they have configuration options and desktop architecture is extremely
affordable for our business. With the above configuration level, we have seen this is
a highly configurable device but the price is right for the enterprise market.
And next is the laptop, out of the three options we should choose the HP 15-Inch
FHD Laptop device because HP is a big company so they are very reputable in
providing the best and priced products. According to the information above of this
product line, we have seen this device is highly configurable but has an average
price.
And the last part is PDAs with GPS tracking, this is an important device for our
company system so we need to pay attention. We should use the Garmin iQue M5 in
the three options above because this device especially has GPS and the ability to
record voice and many other features already above the information.
