Poverty:

The main cause of poverty is the failure of the economy to grow rapidly and generate quality
employment in sectors with large numbers of the poor. This has constrained the poor in terms of
opportunities to escape deprivation and increased the probability of the nonpoor to become poorer. As
a student the only thing I can do is form a group and spread awareness in rural areas that effected of
poverty, educating the illiterate and, creating charitable programs for poverty.

Peace and Order:

The number one reason for the breakdown in peace and order is that the mass poverty that pervades
and prevails everywhere the country to the present day. Mass poverty creates urban blight where the
squatters, uneducated, and without respect for the law, turn to crime as their life-long career. As a
youth, we should always educate ourselves and provide information to teach others, because education
could be a key for responsible life and effective participation in a free society in a spirit of
understanding, peace, tolerance, equality of sexes and friendships among all peoples, ethnic, national
and spiritual groups and persons of indigenous origin.

Teenage Pregnancy:

Teenage pregnancy may be linked to things such as lack of education and information about
reproduction, peer pressure, and early engagement of sexual activity. As part of the youth, we can
provide seminars to all teenagers to help them understand what are the possible effects of having a
baby as a teenager and we can advocate an awareness through social media for health promotion.

Drug Abuse:

The causes of Drug abuse are poverty, curiosity, stress, boredom, etc. The possible solution to eradicate
drug abuse is to spread awareness to the youth by having a seminar or event that would help them to
understand what could be the effects of using drugs and that it could affect not themselves but the
whole society. We can also use social media as a medium to disseminate information for them to be
informed and updated.

Pollution:

The causes of pollution are Negligience of the environment by human beings, Lack of knowledge of
people for environment care, industrial productions, etc. The solution we can do to lessen the pollution
is, to begin with, ourselves. We should change our lifestyle by adopting environmentally friendly
practices, recycling of different materials as well as preserving resources such as water and electricity.
Also, we can join a group that’s purpose is to protect our environment.

Waste Disposal:

Mainly caused by waste disposal problems is the improper disposal of waste, misuse of resources, and
lacking knowledge on how to properly dispose of waste. The solution we can do as a youth, let’s begin
with our home by educating our family on how to properly dispose of waste by segregating it, and also
we can raise awareness to other communities by having a seminar for them to understand the proper
disposal of waste. Lastly, we can use social media to influence others to be part of the solution.

Health Programs:

The main causes of health program problems in our community are the lack of knowledge of people and
lack of assistance in health care. What we can do is provide information by having a seminar and giving
them handouts to provide the basic knowledge on “how to take care of ourselves.” And also addressing
the community health care what is their roles in the community.

Disease Control:

Infectious diseases commonly spread through the direct transfer of bacteria, viruses, or other germs
from one person to another. It can spreads quickly if people don’t know to prevent it. As a youth, the
only thing we can do is to provide factual information to others by using social media to post on how to
prevent the spread of diseases, how to take care of ourselves by having a healthy habit.

COVID 19:

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. A

nightmare that we are experiencing as of today, the virus killed a lot of innocent people. The only thing
we can do is to prevent the spreading of the virus is to practice the protective measures, share authentic
or fact-based information to others. We can also provide a seminar with a protective measure to others
that can’t get a source of information for them to know how to prevent the virus from spreading.
