10 Sir/Madam,
11 I just watched a video “Terrorism in 2020 Australia”
12 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZw4NHUm9Dg) which was very disturbing indeed and
13 the first part shows a police officer to allegedly “arrest” a young girl for not wearing a mask, this
14 even so the male person making known to be the boyfriend kept repeatedly saying she had been
15 the previous day to the doctor.
16
17 The boyfriend also made clear that the police officer was first violent towards his
18 girlfriend. The police officer grabbing the girl at her neck!

19
20
21 Here, the Police officer grabbing his mask at the front and so if he has any contamination
22 on his mask he next will transfer it onto the girl.

19 Reportedly “Estia Aged Care Facility in Ardeer” has an about 300% infection rate this while
20 Professor Dileep Mavalankar Director Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar, explains how he
21 researched medical reports from all over the world and that when a member of the household has
22 COVID-19 then 80 to 90% of other members of the household are unlikely to get infected with
23 COVID-19. Unlike with nursing-homes in family environment husband and wife sleep together,

25 this only about 10 to 20% are infected. Not just in India but this is from medical reports from
26 around the world.
27
28 Section 475 & 477ss3 of the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth) are clear that the Commonwealth
29 mandates what is to be done as to any “man-kind” issue. As such all and any State legislation
30 that is enacted in violation to the Biosecurity Act 2015 has no legal force. It means that also the
31 purported STATE OF EMERGENC and the purported STATE OF DISSASTER declarations
32 have no legal validity.
33 .
34 It also means that the police has no legal authority to intercept any motorist for driving at
35 anytime of the day as the purported CURFEW lacks any legal validity.
36
37 The recently appointed Chief commissioner of Police appears to sanction police officers to
38 smash car windows for failing to provide their I>D>
39
40 In another video I noticed that the police demanded the I.D of a driver. He made clear that
41 legally he doesn’t have to do so. This apparently because they were checking for mask, etc. It is
42 different if a police randomly stop a motor vehicle and desires to check out the motrist
43 entitlement to drove a motor vehicle. However, what these police officers did was to first

12 Because the Commonwealth has the exclusive legislative powers as to “weight and measure”
13 then even any instrument used by the Victorian Police if not certified by the Commonwealth has
14 no legal basis to be used.
15
16 No one can be charged for maintaining his/her constitutional rights.
17 To my understanding the Federal Government has not invoked the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth)
18 for the Victoria Police to go about like constitutional terrorist. Neither can the State Parliament
19 abrogate legislation or suspend legislation to any Minister or health official.
20
21 To my knowledge there is no legal requirement to produce a “medical certificate” for exemption.
22 The Department of health has made clear that a person having a “medical condition” is not
23 required to have a mask or carry one.
24
25 https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/face-coverings-work-covid-19#what-does-wearing-a-face-covering-mean
26 QUOTE
27  You must carry a face covering with you when leaving home for one of the four reasons, even if you don’t
28 need to wear it while undertaking your current activity, for example you can take your face covering off to
29 eat. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a face covering at all times you
30 don’t need to carry it with you.
31 END QUOTE
32
33 Therefore there is no legal provision to authorize the Victorian Police to demand a person who
34 has a “medical condition” as to the person’sI.D. or to attack the person for not wearing a mask.
35 The police to my knowledge have not been provided any legal right to challenge a person who
36 doesn’t wear a mask because of “medical condition” as to why this person doesn’t wear a mask.

2 According to a new study, you're more likely to contract Covid at home. Image: Getty.
3 According to epidemiologists, more people are likely to contract Covid-19 from members of their own
4 household than elsewhere.
5 For months now, the daily motto has been reduced to two words: “Stay home”. You need only
6 look to Victoria and the outbreak of Cov id-19 that has most fearin g a second wave to realise that
7 what we thought would be easy to eradicate and see the curve flatten has now turned in to a daily
8 battle. The world may be united in the fight to contain Covid -19, but communities are divided:
9 households are now all too intent to dob on their neighbours for havin g visitors over, delivery
10 services are tipping off officials for orders that suggest a party is takin g place, and in the
11 supermarket, should you be caught without a mask on, expect to cop the wrath of fellow
12 shoppers. Social distancin g, it seems, is no longer b eing policed by health authorities alone, but
13 is rather becom in g a public issue. But accordin g to a new study, perhaps we should turn our
14 attentive eye to our own fam ily members as South Korean epidem io logists suggest people are
15 more likely to contract Covid-19 from members of their own household.
16 The study, which was published in the US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, examined
17 5,706 index patients who tested positive for Covid -19, and more than 59,000 people who came
18 into contact with them. Accordin g to the epidem iolo gists who organised the study, people are
19 less likely to catch Covid -19 from outside the home. Rather, it’s insid e the fam ily home that the
20 real worry begins.

1 ❓Are we as a society being conditioned that putting a gun to the head is acceptable?
2 (For my VISUAL friends.....I hope this gives you pause)

3 ***Please do your research.

4 Read this and wanted to pass along...something to consider, knowing how vital it is to have a healthy, fully-
5 functioning endocrine system...

6 From an Australian nurse:

7 I'm really worried. I've started implementing the new protocols in force. One of my new tasks is taking and
8 recording each person's temperature. I aim for the center of their forehead with my thermometer shaped gun,
9 I pull the trigger, wait for the beep and record the temperature. I always apologize to the person before
10 proceeding! After doing this a dozen or more times, I suddenly had a realization:

11 Are we causing potential health issues by aiming an infrared ray to the pineal gland? So I started taking the
12 temperature on the wrist, which turned out to be more accurate given that the forehead is cooler than the wrist
13 and the results differ by more than one degree in some cases.

14 I went shopping and people were lining up to get their temperature taken by an employee who obviously was
15 not a medic and was not properly educated on how to correctly perform this procedure. Many were shocked
16 when it was my turn and I took the gun that was being directed at my forehead and re-directed it to my wrist.
17 I spoke softly but firmly and told the employee that an infrared thermometer must never be pointed at
18 someone's forehead, especially babies and young children. In addition it requires basic knowledge of how to
19 properly read someone's temperature, i.e. placing a thermometer on the wrist or elbow fold is much more
20 accurate and much less harmful.

21 It was very disturbing to me to observe children getting used to seeing an object in the shape of a gun aiming
22 at their forehead and without any negative reaction from the adults as if this was normal and acceptable.

23 As a medical professional, I refuse to directly target the pineal gland which is located directly in the center of
24 the forehead, with an infrared ray . However, most people agree to go through this several times a day! Our
25 pineal glands must be protected as it is crucial for our health both now and in the future.

26 Pineal Gland

27 The pineal gland is a small, pinecone-shaped gland of the endocrine system. A structure of the diencephalon
28 of the brain, the pineal gland produces the hormone melatonin. Melatonin influences sexual development and
29 sleep-wake cycles. The pineal gland is composed of cells called pinealocytes and cells of the nervous system
30 called glial cells. The pineal gland connects the endocrine system with the nervous system in that it converts
31 nerve signals from the sympathetic system of the peripheral nervous system into hormone signals. Over time,
32 calcium deposits build-up in the pineal and its accumulation can lead to calcification in the elderly.

33 Function

34 The pineal gland is involved in several functions of the body including:

35 Secretion of the hormone melatonin
36 Regulation of endocrine functions
37 Conversion of nervous system signals to endocrine signals
38 Causes sleepiness
39 Influences sexual development
40 Influences immune system function
41 Antioxidant activity
42 Ask yourself: Is it ever wise to aim an infrared laser light at the pineal gland?

23 I urge you also to consider the report on torture by Amnesty International (Second edition 1973)
24 to the meaning of “TORTURE” that papers to me to indicate the Victorian Police are
25 participating in “TORTURE” for and on behalf of the State Government of Victoria. The mere
26 fact that Victorian Police already made known they were not aware of exemption for “medical
27 condition” means that the Chief Commissioner of Police failed to ensure that police officers
28 were appropriately trained in how to conduct themselves. While he may support the smashing of
29 car window’s I for one consider this to be unacceptable. In my view, the Chief Commissioner of
30 Police and the police officers involved should all stand aside from any further police
31 involvement as to ensure a proper investigation can be conducted.
32
33 In my view the police officers engaging in violence, etc, are a disgrace to the Victorian Police
34 and should face severe consequences, as well as the officers who stood by and failed to come to
35 the assistance of a person wrongly attacked.
